The location was a bit far from all the touristy places. It was a bit far from the local buses, too.

Great staff, great room, and common room were great. Services were good too.

The staff were very kind, even remembering my name when I went back to pick up my luggage. Lots of social space and a good sized kitchen. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning. Just what you'd want from a (not-party) hostel.

The staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful to show me in which dormitory I would be sleeping and explaining how everything works out. My bed was done when I came back from my sightseeing visits everyday I stayed at the Hostello. Really worth it, I could totally come back here if I ever come back in Verona 🥰

The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful with check-in and showing me around. The dorm I stayed in was clean and comfortable and they even made my bed for me the next day when I was out site-seeing! Also, the kitchen was full of complimentary snacks and drinks. It was amazing!

The bathrooms need cleaning, weird also not to have anything to dry one’s hands with. Bedding was a bit weird (the fluffy blanket). Saw that the towel came out of plastic bag, I hope they are not 1 use towels as that would be very wasteful.

Liked the lounge area on the first floor, helpful staff and the room was nice and lofty.

The washing machine is 10 euros in cash, too expensive for a hostel.

The room cleaning, two showers in room, AC on, calm people around. It was very comfortable and I felt safe. Anna was very kind and helped me to find the train to go to Venezia. If I come back to Verona, I will visit Hostello again.

Could have put on more community events, because as far as I was aware there was only a daily sunset walk. Also could have had beds with curtains to block out other room mates. Location was a bit away from city centre, like 15-20 min walk, but not too bad.

the stay was a little bit expensive for a hostel and the location is a little bit far from the both the main stations of Verona though easily accessible by public transport.

beautiful hostel with an amazing staff. Towels were provided and a lot of local recommendations for sightseeing and food. The communal area was very nice, and the hostel cat is the friendliest cat I've ever met. Loved the interactions with the people working at the reception and the local city guide Ryan who took us on an amazing history tour of the city. He made the stay many times more memorable

A bit on the pricier side for a hostel but it’s one of the cheapest you’ll get in the area. Honestly the great facilities make up for the price.

The location was great; about a 15 minute walk from the centre and close to Verona walls where you can start a nice walk around the city. There was a supermarket opposite the hostel which was super convenient. The kitchen facilities were good and everything was clean. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. And there was a cat! It felt very safe as a solo traveller. Overall a lovely stay. :)

the hostel is well-located, clean, organized and quiet. the staff is absolutely fantastic, gentle, polite, helpful, patient, easy-going, happy, and they always call you by your name. my special thanks to Matteo and Ana who are very beautiful and warm-hearted human beings. i'll miss them all.
