Great staff, great room, and common room were great. Services were good too.

The location was a bit far from all the touristy places. It was a bit far from the local buses, too.

The staff were very kind, even remembering my name when I went back to pick up my luggage. Lots of social space and a good sized kitchen. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning. Just what you'd want from a (not-party) hostel.

Beautiful place to stay, comfortable, with a full kitchen, and very clean. Slightly far from the center, but still recommendable.

The street where the hostel is can be a little bit sketchy at night but othervise great location very close to the city centre.

I liked the homely vibe, the open plan kitchen, the cat, the swing and the staff

The upstairs toilet plumbing was weak (flush didn’t work), and perhaps a warning that the bathroom window opens on to the main staircase (I flashed someone)

The staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful to show me in which dormitory I would be sleeping and explaining how everything works out. My bed was done when I came back from my sightseeing visits everyday I stayed at the Hostello. Really worth it, I could totally come back here if I ever come back in Verona 🥰

The friendliness of the staff,the estetics,AIR CONDOTIONING meant a lot ,it was 34 degrees celsious,the kitchen and a variety of spaces to socialise and or relax.

The feel of the area outside the Hostel

The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful with check-in and showing me around. The dorm I stayed in was clean and comfortable and they even made my bed for me the next day when I was out site-seeing! Also, the kitchen was full of complimentary snacks and drinks. It was amazing!

The location isn’t perfect. Also I missed curtains to the bed.

Liked the lounge area on the first floor, helpful staff and the room was nice and lofty.

The bathrooms need cleaning, weird also not to have anything to dry one’s hands with. Bedding was a bit weird (the fluffy blanket). Saw that the towel came out of plastic bag, I hope they are not 1 use towels as that would be very wasteful.

The room cleaning, two showers in room, AC on, calm people around. It was very comfortable and I felt safe. Anna was very kind and helped me to find the train to go to Venezia. If I come back to Verona, I will visit Hostello again.

The washing machine is 10 euros in cash, too expensive for a hostel.
