Overall it was good, close to both train station and airport by foot. We had free unlimited coffee and tea. The kitchen was fully stocked.

We had to wait a while to be let into the place to check in.

It was cheap and 15 minute walk from the airport. Bathroom was really nice, and was worth the price. Also had some complementary food.

Water pressure was very low and the room was quite cold, the windows were flimsy and did not keep the heat in, AC was of no use in this regard.

Comfy stay, huge balcony, water, tea and coffee on the house. The host is very responsive and the location is good, close to trainstation and wakable distance to Pisa tower

Very noisy trains right outside kept us awake all night. Comfortable bed but needed another pillow.

Check-in took forever as there was no one at the property, mould on the room walls, shared toilet, poor breakfast, no atmosphere at all

Some of the furniture is falling apart and need to take care of using it. The weather was ok so the temperature inside kept good, but the heat is only working a few hours in the afternoon to aprox 2-3 in the morning and then is closed. The AC does not warm up so it was a little chilly in the morning.

The location is comfortable and has the things you need for a short to medium stay. The room was spacious and bice organized. Bed was very comfortable and the duvet kept us warm enough. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee in the kitchen Nice touch with the bottles of water on arrival. All towels and bed linen was clean and fresh. Bathroom was clean and simple, perfect for our stay.

The neighbourhood is a bit outside the city.

10 minutes walk from the train station, in a friendly residual part of town. We could put down our luggage before check-in.

There weren't many sockets in the room and none were close to the bed, and the walls in the bathroom were very thin. The ventilator Int he bathroom couldn't be switched off, produces quite a noise (not good for light sleepers).

Very nice staff, easy to understand self-check in system, good location, the room was clean, tidy and nice with quite ā large balcony.

The cleaning lady couldnt speak english so it was a little bit difficult to communicate. One of the rooms had two bottles of waters and the other didnt have any. No remote for the ac and no bathroom mat so it gets very wet when people needs to shower.

Clean and great location. We booked two rooms and stayed for one night and was able to leave our baggage early at the place with no extra charge. Nice touch with tea/coffee and some biscuits. Quite neighbourhood and easy access.

The walls are very thin and the neighbours were noisy, so it was a bit hard to sleep.

The host was very friendly, the bed’s were soft and the location of this B&B is convenient.

You have to hold the shower handle as there is no wall fixing. There is also no plug for the bath - it would seem to be discouraged. Breakfast consists of 4 slices of Melba style toast and jam. Basic!

Clean, airy and easy to get to from the airport. Owner helpfully allowed us to put our bags in the property early on the morning of rental.

I was made to pay 10 euros for a "Late check-in"... I travel a lot and never before have I had this happen, and it makes no sense to me since I was checking myself in by unlocking the key box and letting myself into the flat. No-one was there to help me at a late time, so why is there a late check-in fee?! Also, the shower wasn't working.

Room was big and clean. Nice touch with the coffee and tea.

The air-con in our room was very inadequate, and the plug socket near our bed was loose/faulty. There was no shower mat to use, which I suggest would be a good idea.

The quiet location, a leisurely 20-minute walk over the bridge, takes you to town. I liked the quick response from Prime b&b when you need to ask a question. Bed was comfy. The balcony was a nice size. There's a washing line, but it was very high.

Only good for a few nights as shared facilities (although facilities provided were very good). 4 keys to get to your apartment could sometimes get a bit annoying as the locks were difficult to open but at the same time felt very secure. Overall decent stay :)

The rooms were very clean and had a memory foam pillow which was not expected but loved it. The room had a sofa and coffee table and a balcony which was very nice. We had no car so short walk from train station was a bonus and it wasn’t far from the leaning tower or the town centre. The owner was very helpful and had a quick reply time.

The apartment’s floor was not very clean, some lights/appliances and window facilities were broken. The cleaning staff burst into our room an hour before the expected checkout.

Nice apartment, the room was fairly large and the bathroom was okay. The AC is clearly a must-have in Italy with the weather.

Air cooler was very loud, which created issues when sleeping in the night. Mosquitos. They had provided a repellent, but it didn't seem to help much.

Good location. Humble staff. Could see that the staff had put in effort to give a good experience. Provided snacks and drinks. Towels and toiletries were included.

The door to the apartment was kept open on a few occasions. The socket and light to bedside weren’t working.
