Rooms were a bit cluttered with decor objects and the menu was quite basic onsite but in fairness the staff were accommodating and helpful. They made custom items for our young child, so can’t complain. Size of the rooms are amazing, management were super responsive and extremely helpful in rectifying any issues.

Location and accessibility to public transport. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

The bedroom decor is a little tired , it has a crazy collector vibe which is a bit dated but we found quirky , the main hotel part has been renovated to a new modern curved minimalism how ever i do hope they keep some of the mid century madness. Our main complaint would be the over designed minimalist shower tap which needed full concentration for using to obtain hot or cold water I hope these are replaced in renovation. Milan was very hot when we visited and the hotel was keeping fairly cool considering parts open into a lovely courtyard bar.

Just a short tram ride from the centre of Milan , very large comfortable rooms with great friendly staff and on site parking. Food and drinks are first class and breakfast is a winner . Also very close to an enormous Saturday market . This is a very clean hotel and it smells amazing in some areas and has a great bar with lots of spaces to meet up with a group or be on your own. We were holidaying however i could be very happy staying here if i was working.

I had a Nespresso machine in the room and was delighted but the hotel does not offer Nespresso coffee. The capsules they propose are not at the level, and that s a big no, especially in Italy. Given room rate guests should be treated to a real Nespresso :)

Felt our room whilst spacious it was too dark, need more natural light or lighter tones.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect - easy to get to everything, right in the heart of very cool Navigli area but away from the overrun tourist centre.

One of our favourite hotels ever! The decor is MAXIMALIST ! And to have a terrace to sit on, shaded, sound of bird song in the middle of a big city??? Fantastic. Breakfast was delicious, staff were fantastic and the navigli canal neighbourhood a delight to explore, while still a 20 to 30 minute stroll to the Duomo.... great locla restaurants, comfertable bed, liked everything about it

The parking garage is in underground and is narrow which needs careful maneuvering.

The hotel is in the perimeter of ZTL and is easily accessible to Trams for the attractions. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. When we forgot my son’s gift (from his teacher), the team identified it immediately from the room and was ready to ship to us, even though we went to pickup in person!

If you want to have a good sleep during the night, try to avoid the room on the ground floor close to the bar, although the music was great

The restaurant had a minimised menu, but we were only told when we sat down. Otherwise I would have made my way to a restaurant earlier. As the scaled down menu did not have great options.
