We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Central location in Quartieri Spagnoli. The owner was very kind and helpful. Comfortable rooms and beds.

NetherlandsOnly downside can be that you have to walk uphill to the accommodation. It is difficult if you have luggages but we managed to reach it easily in 5-6 minutes from the metro station.
The location was good, close to the restaurants and shops in Via Toledo and Quarter Spagnioli.

PolandTerrible neighborhood, terrible house, best not to go there alone in the evening. For some reason, after 7pm there is paid check-in. We missed the train and arrived after 7 and were charged 15 euros for this "wonderful apartment". On top of that, when I texted the landlady that we were late, she said she would wait for us until 7pm and then leave and be back by 10pm. Worst experience I've had in all my travels

CyprusThere were some significant issues during our stay. One of the two available rooms on our floor had no air conditioning, and there was only one bathroom for five people, which made things quite challenging. The kitchen was shared with guests staying downstairs and while they happened to be girls, it could have been quite uncomfortable with different guests. The kitchen also lacked basic amenities like a sink and a table to sit and eat. Although the owner's husband kindly drove us from the airport to the property, there were times when we felt uncomfortable. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for a girls' trip. The location was great, close to everything. The neighborhood and building were old, like most in the historic center of Naples.

SlovakiaThe whole building doesnt have good soundproof insolation. One can hear every sound from the surrounding, inside and also outside the building. The location of the apartment is in quite a dirty part of the town too.
