At first, they showed me a room in the first building. It was clean, but I didn’t like it because it looked like a basement. Then he offered me another room in the next building, on the third floor. I liked it much more — it had two big windows and offered good privacy.

The room was conveniently located near the reception desk, making check-in and assistance easily accessible. However, due to thin walls, noise from the reception area was quite noticeable, which might be disruptive for light sleepers or those seeking a quiet stay

in the description it says that you have a view of the city, in our case we were looking at some chaotic courtyard of the building. we asked at the reception that we don't have room service because there is no sign on the door for it, but they certainly came in to clean the room

The location of our room was not ideal. It was literally next door to the reception desk - less than a foot away from it. This meant that it was noisy in the morning and noisy until midnight when the reception staff left for the evening, which meant that sleeping became difficult if you wanted to go to bed before midnight or wake up after 7.30am. We asked a male receptionist if we could move rooms in the evening. But we were told it’s not possible and we should have asked as soon as we checked in - we weren’t to know how noisy it was going to be at that point so that didn’t feel fair!

The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving recommendations about the area and how to get around the city. The room was large, with a comfortable bed and kept very clean. The location was superb - main tourist attractions were around a 30minute walk away and the metro line was only a short walk away too.

However, our room was right next to the reception on the second floor, so we could hear all the conversations the staff were having, even though they weren’t speaking loudly and were genuinely trying to keep it quiet (we could even hear them using the stapler!). On our last night, there was way too much noise from the floor above us, making it hard to sleep. Overall, the soundproofing definitely needs improvement! Regarding the beds, we had booked a double bed, but in reality, it was two single beds pushed together, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable for a couple. P.S. Fun fact: one morning, someone (probably another guest) knocked on our door at 6 a.m., and later that same morning, someone tried to get into our room—they used their key and tried to open the door at 8:30 a.m.

We had a quick and smooth check-in, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, just like the photos showed—if not even better. The location was excellent, and we could walk everywhere with ease.

The twin bed was not comfortable. Getting in to our room was cumbersome. I think I misunderstood that this was not a hotel. The drains in bathroom are really slow.

The rooms were small and very noisy as we were on the 1st floor and the street side.

They gave us another room in another bulding other than one we booked with totally different style far away 6 minutes walking. They offered us free breakfast for this mistake without changing the room but we didn't take this offer . They refused to drop the city tax althought we got other room smaller than the one we booked but overall we use room to sleep only .

Unfortunately the apartment although suitable was not as pictured - having seen the apartment we got we would not have paid what we did for it. They do say you may not get an Apt in via Ripetta and that was ok for us however the Apt looked nothing like what was advertised in the photos which I did tell the staff, having been so well served otherwise though I did not comment further.

The hospitality was great - we had fresh towels and a spruce of the room daily. The room was comfortable and location was great (very near Spanish Steps and lovely cafes & restaurants)

We was the last guest to check in on this day and the room we booked had been given to another guest. We had to spend a night in a small dark room with no natural lighting as the rest of the hotel was fully booked, we was moved after one night and enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The property was in a good area and the staff were friendly.

The staff at the REception, specially Mikela, at the Reception! And the great DANTE! The rooms were very good and quiet! The bathrooms also were what I expected to be and I was able to receive my shoping on line without any problem. The fact that it was on block from the main shoping area, I was in heaven, as I could drop my shopping and continue! I love it and I will stay here again & again!

Bathroom is too small even for me. I’m 1,73m high and 76kgs. They don’t leave water inside the room every day.

I like the property was clean. Decoration and colors are pretty good. Beds are comfortable. Once hot water failed and the staff kindly let me use the staff shower. I think the lady made an effort so I could take a shower with hot water and to feel well attended. Sometimes it’s not the problem but the way you handle it. The staff is really kind. Thank you.
