This hotel was a huge disappointment. On my first day, my original iPhone charger went missing from the room. Instead of helping, the receptionist shouted at me, refused to provide the manager’s contact, and even told me: “Go on, keep talking to yourself.” The staff denied all responsibility, accused me indirectly, and later tried to “solve” the issue by offering me a used charger. They even threatened to report me to Booking.com for simply complaining. I felt completely disrespected and unsafe. If you value professionalism, honesty, and basic respect, avoid this property at all costs.

I did enjoy location of the hotel, It’s at the center of the City. Also I really enjoyed their food with fast internet connectivity

There is offensive smell from the bathroom. You can't breathe at the bedroom if you don't close the bathroom door. Also the never clean our room throughout our 6 days stay. They only come and change the bedsheets thrice

At first, they showed me a room in the first building. It was clean, but I didn’t like it because it looked like a basement. Then he offered me another room in the next building, on the third floor. I liked it much more — it had two big windows and offered good privacy.

It was a nice room, with a lot of space and good air-conditioning that is so good at summer. Stuff kindly allowed us keep our luggage after check-out so we could enjoy town without bags

There was one light broken but it was fixed next day, so no problem

I can’t even start to explain how bad the accommodation was. My first room on first night was so beat up, the walls were all banged up, the bathroom floor had huge pieces of broken wood sticking up that could hurt your foot and you can trip over. The toilet flush button was cracked and the shower was just unacceptable (pictures will be attached). I woke up in middle of night with a tick in bed right next to me. In morning I told them about the tick and they changed my sheets they said they would have no clean rooms for a few hours, i then went back to ask why the wifi hadn’t worked since i checked in, this is when they decided to move me into a room that they found just 5 minutes after changing sheets. I moved to 1st floor where the new rooms were and at first it looked better than first, it was smaller but atleast i could look out the window and looked newer (no curtains, just sheers which was strange) i went to shower and saw the new shower and was shocked at such poor quality. The shower was obviously not water proofed, the new shower had damp marks everywhere, cracks all under the shower and the floor inside shower was also cracked badly. Their was a big shower head and a hand held shower head which i tried to use but the way the handles were installed you actually could not completely switch on the handheld shower head because their was another knob stopping this from happening so i had 1/4 power coming out of the shower head i wanted to use and 3/4 power coming out of large shower head i didn’t want on. The shower head i was using was also so poor every opening had water going in different directions & obviously needed changing. I went out for day & came back late afternoon when the worst part happened i was in the toilet and started to see the cracks under the shower had occupants, yes their were 7 cockroaches that i saw come out of the cracks & had to kill 2 that were heading towards my suitcases. So disappointing.

The only good thing about this accommodation was the location. Everything else was unacceptable.

We paid €732 for four nights for the standard room, and we were given a room that does not appear in any of the photos. If they want to be misleading by not showing the real rooms, then I’ll upload the photos myself. As for cleanliness — it could have been much better. Towels and bed sheets were only changed on the third night of our stay. On our last day, the front door of the building wouldn’t open, and the staff didn’t respond promptly. My boyfriend had to wait outside for half an hour, and in the end, I had to open the door for him. The room itself wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t worth the money we paid. Also, it was not the same as the photos of the “standard” room shown online. That felt misleading. To give you an idea of how small the room was: the bathroom sink was placed outside the toilet, right at the entrance of the room, because there was no space inside.

That you let the client reserve something and you let us sleep the first day at room not what we reserved and if I didn’t knew this and talk to change the room ! that wasn’t happened

Great location. Excellent bed. Great duvet/cover. Clean room. Nice operable window onto quiet street. I appreciated access to the tea kettle, teas and cups:). Also the small fridge in the room was handy

Minimal racks/no drawers or hooks in bathroom or room/wall to hang things (pyjamas, wet towels, jackets, day clothes &c. So our clothing and shoes were always in a big pile :(

The staff was very nice and agreed to change my booking. I stayed at Muse home which was much better (conditions, location).

I booked a superior double room at The Spanish Suite Via di Ripetta, and the room was nothing like in pictures. It was small, dark, cold, poor furniture, not welcoming at all.

Location 10/10 Perfect situated int the center, we could go everywhere on foot in short time Staff 10/10 Smiley, kind, helpful, willing to propose solutions, for example with our luggage after check out. 10/10 communication with the staff, immediate answers on what's up Towels new, changed every day Bed sheets & pillows clean and new Big bathroom with two showers

The location was absolutely perfect! Situated within walking distance of every major sightseeing attraction, it made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable.

The room was conveniently located near the reception desk, making check-in and assistance easily accessible. However, due to thin walls, noise from the reception area was quite noticeable, which might be disruptive for light sleepers or those seeking a quiet stay
