The room was very small, recently renovated but it was in a separate building away from the main hotel and there was no WIFI inside the room. The Air Conditioner did not work. The bathroom was directly beside the bed.

The hotel was conveniently located. The area was nice, there was a gym next door and it was beside good restaurants, cafes and close to the metro.

Toilet was not great, continously leaking, and the shower head was held up by string. Nice balcony but at least weed the flower beds.

Loved the granite paved entrance with sandstone walls and bougainvillea plants.

The size of the room is ok, but the jacuzzi on it looks quite old, it can sound attractive, but as it is old it does not inspire to use it much. I would say, the cleaning of the room can be improved. Also I didn't like the size of the shower.

At the time of our trip all hotels in the center of the city were fully booked, this hotel was one of the best options to stay away of the city. It is very convenient as the hotel is located between two metro stations, and even the metro was not working after 21:00 hrs, there were substitute busses that can take you there with no issues. The area is secure and very vivid with some 24 hrs restaurants and bars nearby. The room was equipped with Air Conditioner (Mini Split) so even it was very hot outside the nights were pleasant. Room is equipped as well with a small fridge and TV.

The bathroom and the fact that they threw some of our stuff like my milktea cup from Florence and my sisters deodorant. We went out to go somewhere then when we came back at night they were missing. Our stuff was all like touched and moved.

The air conditioner in my room was making noise the whole time and I couldn't sleep an hour , even when I turned it off and cut the whole electricity of my room !!!! The garden and the pool was so dirty I couldn't even go there ! The room was so small in contrast of the pictures ! Terrible

It was pathetic Flush was not working, jacuzzi was broken, the AC was not working, the handle of the room door was broken. I complained about everything but they did not fix anything

There is another member of front desk staff who seems a bit gruff and not very helpful. There is a pool, however it wasn’t working at the time of my visit and we received no notification beforehand to say that the pool is closed. Not a massive issue but it would’ve been courteous to do so.

Great location 5 minutes to a metro station, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Room was relatively clean and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. One member of front desk staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

i have to reward the personal, everybody was soo kind. on the other hand the room wasn’t clean, there was dusty smell and there were little biga walking along the wall. It was awful and disgusting :((

The bed and pillows were very hard. The bathroom tub had major issues: shower head broken, needed caulking, moldy, leaking all over floor. Sink drain was not working. could hear the water pipes from other rooms draining through ceiling and also toilets flushing and a strong sewer odor. The elevator often would not take us to the bottom floor and we had to walk 2 flights down with heavy luggage. The pool and spa was not available even though advertised as available.

The accommodations were not up to par. There was a strong, unpleasant odor, and the presence of mosquitoes made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the cleaning staff started making noise by banging doors at 9 am. Carrying luggage down and up the stairs was also quite challenging. Despite my request for a non-smoking room, I was given a smoker's room

I didn't like the guy from sri-lanka he was very unhelpful didn't like his job, it took me 2 hours just to resolve issues he kept making excuses then left a message with the boss saying this is not my work. Maintenance needs to improve as some stuff was broken.

The guy from the Philippines and the guy from peru were wonderful at their job and looked after my stuff.

I didn't receive a receipt, I asked there, left my email and asked through the website of booking. It was really very disappointing.

There was an available parking lot, but it was under payment and not with many spots. I was not aware from the booking webasite.

communication via mail unacceptable, equipment old not working (shower & bed damaged), extrem small, dirty, smelly loud rooms (possible to hear all the neighbor room talking), price over 250 Euro/ night for 9m² room, hotel bill tax fraud by booking via booking.com!

The location and area around is good, metro really close, shopping 24/7 possible, great restaurants near by
