It is advertised as having parking, but the nearest parking lot is almost 1km away. There's no elevator it's a skinny stairway you have to lug your suitcases up

Sounds of cleaning from the hallway in earlyish hours of the morning, sound from people upstairs ( I understand there’s not much the owner can do about this, but something to consider).

Fantastic location if you’re there for all the touristy sites, furthest you’ll have to go is a 20 minute drive (assuming you want to do the Vatican). You walk outside and can see the Spanish Steps, plenty of restaurants and breakfast spots nearby. Everything was clean and well kept, tv worked perfectly and great wifi connection.

No lift, the entrance - a long corridor ending in several steps with a very musty smell - no reception. Convinient location for tourists without very little or no luggage.

It was not easy to contact the hotel. We send some messages via booking but the hotel never responded

The rooms were very comfy and despite of the fact that the room was in the main street, there was no noise. The best thing about this hotel is the location!

Amenities like kettle, tea and coffee were located outside the room.

Clean rooms, central location, easy to access from Metro station or nearby car park at Piazza del Spagna.

The location, bed size, and mattress were very comfortable. The staff was also very helpful. However, there was no hot water on the first night, which was a major downside to the overall stay. Thankfully, the issue was resolved, and there were no further problems during our two-night stay.

Our room was very specious, right at the center of Rome, next to the Spanish Steps. It was very clean and modern. Also the receptionists were very kind and helpful!Would definitely recomend.

To be honest, I did have a strange feeling the first time we went to the breakfast room. Going up the stairs, it smelled a bit musty, of course you do have this with older buildings. But when we went inside, it was a totally different world. Everything was clean, stylish and there was definitely no smell. It was a small space to have breakfast but this made it cozy and pleasant to start the day quietly. idea: some more aroma sticks on the stairs. appartement: Freshen up walls with a lick of paint.

We stayed in the apartment. This apartment was very spacious and cozy. Everything was available that you needed. I can recommend this accommodation very highly. The location is also perfect. Walking distance from the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. We did a lot on foot, but you can easily take the subway or there is a line of official cabs within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed.

Our room (number 3) was very small and not worth it. It was too small for our needs, not expecting this after booking online. Shower/ toilet was very small and awkward to navigate Space to put things was very limited Space to hang clothes was limited. Mini fridge did not work, so pointless.
