A great location, walking distance to the main beach and local restaurants! The staff were wonderful! We wish we had stayed longer!

the fridge was a little small and couldn't work out the coffee machine, but hey, not that important at all.

The receptionist was so lovely - Daniella I think. The beds were super comfortable, room was big, bathroom was immaculate, had a cute little balcony, aircon was great, location was 5 minutes from the main area. Absolutely loved this place. Oh and the breakfast was so yummy!

A perfect hotel for this area. Walk into Santa Margherita in 5 mins and get a quick ferry to Portofino. Very quiet rooms too! An excellent hotel.

Perfectly clean. Great location, 10 minute walk from the station and a 5 minute walk to the area with restaurants / beach. Breakfast was fantastic also.

This is an excellent hotel, spotlessly clean and in a quiet corner of town but easy to get everywhere. The staff were super helpful at all times. The room was lovely, very spacious, very comfy beds and immaculate. I would highly recommend this hotel

We liked everything.

The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. Our room was gorgeous. The property has recently been tastefully refurbished. We loved our stay at The Time and wished we could have been there longer. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

A minor thing. Steps up are not ideal with luggage. But they do lend themselves to the visual appeal of the place.

Breakfast was good, but cakes and breads were not not fresh. Price was a little bit high.

The biggest problem that I had with the property, was that the Jacuzzi was never running. It was always ice cold. I had hoped to be able to soak after a long day of walking around the town. The room I stayed in was called comic. And it had a comic motif. Trendy design, but not very comfortable. The one chair in the room was a plastic chair with the cartoon motif. It would’ve been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in and read instead of a chair that was just there for decoration.

Staff was great, they went out of their way to help me find places to visit. I made some great suggestions. The stair was the best part of my stay.

Honestly nothing.

This boutique hotel greatly exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, and included a small balcony. The breakfast was a very large buffet with homemade pastries, espresso, bacon, eggs, and more.Lorenzo was friendly and helpful with suggestions on visiting Portofino and other sites. He held our luggage for us and arranged for a taxi as we waited in the breakfast room he had opened for us. It’s a short walk from the beach and many restaurants and stores.
