A problem with the toilet. At 12:28 am ( middle of the night) the water started running and woke me up. It ran for about half an hour before stopping. Very disturbing to my sleep.

Modern fresh clean. Good location - near airport. Nice facilities. Would have been happy to have arrived earlier in the day to enjoy more.

The hotel was had a comfortable bed and a clean, modern room. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. The facilities were top-notch with swimmingpool, gym and sauna for a small extra fee. The location by the lovely boat harbour was perfect. The shuttle bus service was great to and from airport Overall, fantastic value for money – highly recommend!

Additional charge for towel and cap for swimming pool. There was also an additional charge for water in fridge. Other hotels I stayed in Italy didn’t charge extra it was incorporated in the overall cost .

A decent hotel near the airport for our morning flight. The area was generally expensive so I can't say it's a value. The mattress wasn't all that comfortable but fine for one night, not terrible. The room we had was large - we had a bed and pull out sofa - and that was great for me, my husband, and my son.

My only complaint was that we had an early flight and had scheduled the shuttle to pick us up early in the morning and the breakfast was not open when we initially went down. So we planned to eat while we were waiting for the shuttle. However, we made the mistake of checking out and when we went to walk to the breakfast after checking out we were told we would need to pay an additional charge because we were no longer guests. Had we waited an extra 15 min, that would have not been the case. Kind of tacky and poor customer service in our opinion.

Most everything about the property was great. The staff were mostly friendly, the location was excellent and in close proximity to the airport. There were an abundance of places to eat locally.

The hotel restaurant is really underrated. The quality of the food and service, coupled with a very pleasant ambience, were all pleasant surprises for a hotel restaurant. Also, the shuttle to the airport was on time and very reasonably priced.

What is not to like? The hotel does not control the outside, very hot, weather.

Glorious location near the mouth of the Tiber. Very comfortable room with a nice view of the river. Mostly saw fishing boats doing their nightly run, departing around 11pm, returning noon or later. Plenty for yachties as well with a marina across the river. Big super-king bed, really comfortable. Hotel meals are excellent. Aircon worked well. Highly recommend.
