This was a 15 euro ride from the airport. Easy access. Place is fabulous. From landing to having a pizza with friends in the piazza under a big beautiful tree was under 30 minutes! It near the leaning tower and basically it’s delightful. Best value for money in my travels I’ve ever had. I also got a sneak preview at the room with a fresco in it…. Next time as I travel there a lot to go on to friends.

Great location, you can walk to any historic monument or just hang around the old town. Great nearby restaurants. Very cozy apartment. A lot of place inside and very clean.

I enjoyed very much my stay at this property. I only had few days to find a place to stay and on such short notice everything was so expensive, but I found this place. At first I wasn’t sure about a room with a shared bathroom, but I thought it was only for one night, so shouldn’t be a big deal. Well, this place didn’t disappoint and if I have to come back to Pisa, I would come back to this property. The property has many bathrooms, there’s never a line to the bathroom, the bathroom next to my room was always free, felt like it was only for me☺️. But the most important thing is that it was very clean. You can say a lot about a hotel/ accommodation based on how clean the bathroom/kitchen and linen is. And this place has sparkling clean bathrooms and spotless and fresh white linen and bedding. The room was clean of course, and with some beautiful art on the walls, which made me feel like I was sleeping in a palazzo☺️ The staff lovely!!🥰 They let me check in much earlier as the room was vacant, so I got few hours of sleep after my night flight. The cleaning lady was very welcoming and nice, she was at the property when I arrived, let me in my room and showed me around. The property admin who I was taking to about my stay was very nice too, replied very promptly to all my questions and checked in with me to ask me how did I found the room and property. Overall, such a nice place. I have nothing bad to say about it, I loved it! Thank you lots to the staff! 🙏🏻

This is awesome place: 1) the location is the perfect - you can reach the Pisa tower for few minutes; 2) the room is beautiful - thera are elements of art, to stay there were comfortable: air condition, as is clean. 3) it was easy to check in and out

Coffee machine in the hallway did not work.

Bed was comfy. Good sized room. Close to restaurants and the tower. Pretty straightforward instructions regarding entry. Shared toilet is clean. No personnel physically present, everything is digital. Works fine for me.

Beds were thin, but surprisingly comfortable. COLD a/c. Rooms were clean however, I think someone forgot to take a previous person's trash out of the room (it was behind the door, so understandable). Amenities were good and free tea/coffee.

The TV wasn't functional.

At a 5 min walk from the Place of Miracles and the Tower of Pisa also surrounded by restaurants and mini markets. Rooms were clean and so were the separate bathrooms. There's a mini fridge (quite spacious) and a microwave [which isn't advertised].

Nothing really, we loved our stay there.

Excellent location, literally less than 5 mins from Pisa tower, located on the main restaurants street. Even though, I wouldn't say it's noisy. The room was huge and super special, I haven't been in such a place before. It really felt amazing, the decorations were nice, very well-organized vintage style home.

Very good location — just a few steps from Pisa’s main attractions. Coffee and tea were available, which was super helpful in the morning. Great communication with the property manager, and everything went smoothly when it came to picking up the keys. Highly appreciated.

Shower was a nightmare to set to the right temperature but once mastered it was ok. Noise at night from the square but you are provided ear plugs 😁

Host was always in contact. Room was clean, nice and cool with its own AC unit. Location is great for the tower and plenty of restaurants around. All in all great value and would stay here again.

I really like the room: it was perfectly clean and well equipped. There are 2 shared spotless bathrooms with shampoo and shower gel. It’s located in the heart of historic city centre of Pisa and it’s easy to reach on foot all touristic attractions. I hope to come back one day and enjoy my staying there again. Thank you!

The mirrors in the bedroom were in slightly odd places making it hard to do hair in the morning but that is the only criticism!

Wonderful location, very close to the tower and surrounded by good restaurants. Bedroom was spacious with a comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities were also provided and there were several shared bathrooms which were always clean.

The localisation of the flat was really nice (close to a lot of restaurants and shops), the Pise Tower is not far by walk. The instruction for the check in and check out were very clear and the hosts were really reactive. The flat was clean.

Because of the location, it’s quite noisy area, so ear plugs are a must, but if you forgot they provide you with that.

Liked · Apartment was in a great location, you can access Central station on foot, it’s like 5 minutes to Pisa tower, nearby lots of caffès, restaurants, shops. The room itself had it’s own charm, I felt like I’m staying at Italian nonna’s home 😀 my room was very big too. Separate bathroom it’s not the most convenient thing but it was clean, i had no issues with it.

If I were nitpicking: The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but, really, that sort of thing doesn’t bother me - the building was ancient so it kind of added to the character of the place. The host sent a LoT of messages via booking.com And WhatsApp, all but one of which were unnecessary.

Amazing very old building in the old town of Pisa just five minutes walk from the leaning tower. Loads of restaurants and supermarkets about. Quiet, secure, huge room and bed, excellent shower, no problems with the air conditioning. Clear instructions for self check-in

A beautiful and charming hotel with a historic feel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were also very clean and convenient. There’s unlimited access to coffee and water, which was a nice bonus. The location is excellent — right in the city center.
