We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe hotel was in a great location, close to the main road with all the bars, restaurants and shops, the lower level lift led down to the Marina. We upgraded our room to a sea view to enjoy the amazing views, staff were very helpful & moved our bags while we went on a day trip to Capri, while there we also visited the Blue Grotto which I would highly recommend. We enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop pool after a busy day exploring. The breakfast in the rooftop lounge was exceptional, good choice of hot & cold food to eat while enjoying the stunning view. The rooms were spacious, spotless and very comfy beds for our stay, unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to try the pizzas so will have to come back.

Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Excellent Breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant on Floor 6 on night 1 and the Tapas menu was superb. Saxophonist also superb. The reception staff were exceptional and the most helpful people. The location was first class and i completely LOVED this Hotel Tirrenia as did my wife.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff, amazing pizza bar, rooftop pool, and rooftop bar. This hotel is in the best location, walking distance to Piazza Tasso with tons of shops, restaurants and gelato. Rooms were also beautiful and clean.
