Our room was really comfortable and clean and the location was great, right next to the Centro Storico. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a pool and sunloungers as we hadn’t expected that. We enjoyed the breakfast and the girls who served it were so efficient and friendly. Check in was fast and easy thanks to Serena and Sylvie, who helped us with arranging a taxi to a wine tour we were going to, and stored our luggage until we checked in properly later on.

There was nothing we didn’t like, and we thought our stay was very good value for money.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, close to the old town with beautiful restaurants.the staff were excellent,room was excellent, breakfast was excellent. Lovely swimming pool also. Highly recommend it.

Tobacco Suite was a beautiful place to stay in Mesagne. It was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants in the evening, and when we did use our car during the day, we were always able to find a free parking spot nearby on our return. The onsite swimming pool was a real plus. What really made our stay so special was the fact that all the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. We'd love to return one day!

I stayed here in 2022 and thought it was the best B&B I have ever seen. Since then I have been to maybe 100 more Well I have just been back is still the best B&B I have ever seen 15 min walk from the station close to the old town Beautiful breakfast Pool! Just outstanding in every way

Loved the features in this property and close to the centre storico and beautiful cobblestone streets. The staff were amazing and so welcoming. Unfortunately only there for one night but kids had a lovely swim in the pool in the morning of checkout.

It’s a quiet place and you can hear everything in the room but it’s wasn’t an issue for us. Breakfast is basic but lovely fresh fruit and croissants.

A beautiful property with lots of history! Our room was incredible! Very spacious, spotlessly clean and an old staircase (not accessible) in the bathroom. The staff were welcoming and so helpful. The pool area is lovely with shades and plenty of seating/lounges and a fresh water outdoor shower. Breakfast was wonderful. Sad to leave after only 1 night.

Beautiful property - once a tobacco factory so very industrial chic with stone arched ceilings. Fully equipped mini kitchen. Really comfy beds - air con that works perfectly. Nice pool with loungers. Perfectly adequate breakfast with good coffee. Situated on the outskirts of the beautiful old town of Mesagne - a perfect location within touching distance of Lecce to the south and Ostuni to the north. Ladies on front desk brilliant .. thanks .. we left only today and are already planning to return.

Clean new spacious place lovely setting. Tremendous value. Friendly staff. Sabrina and Federika bent over backwards to accommodate us. Great breakfast. Nice relaxing pool and pool deck. Safe and peaceful yet just outside the entrance to old town.

The service was exceptional. All the girls were so polite, friendly and beyond helpful. Beautiful,comfortable beds, spacious,bright rooms. Everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast was also very nice..Would highly recommend staying here...
