The staff couldn't do enough for you - I had an amazing, relaxing 10 nights here. I felt very welcome and safe, the facilities were excellent, and the complimentary snacks etc. were always fantastic quality. Breakfast in particular, was exceptional, with a broad range of choices, and a lot of local food.

It's very hard to criticise this place. The only room for improvement would be full control over the air conditioning in the room (sometimes it jumped up to 21°), and that in the evenings it can be difficult to order drinks or bar food due to the busy restaurant, which they prioritise.

We have just had such a lovely stay here! The staff are all super friendly and helpful - they really can’t do enough :) breakfast was definitely a highlight, love the extensive choice and the high quality of the produce, super tasty. Poolside snack was also a lovely little treat in the afternoon. Just all round thoughtful little touches make this hotel special! The walk into Garda (15 minutes) is not a problem even in the heat and the roads are very safe.

Very welcoming hotel. Greeted with glass of Prosecco and tour of room. Room was extremely clean and a good size with balcony overlooking the pool with Lake Garda in the background. Good choice of pillows and lovely pool area although the jacuzzi could have done with a clean. Excellent choice of breakfast and food was excellent although it all comes at once. Borrowed the eBikes which were good fun and value. There is a free shuttle bus to lake but it is only a 10 minute walk, excellent location. We ate at the hotel each night and the food was good.

Food was good but very fish based. Pre-order breakfast but i understand why and the food was freshly prepared

Very clean, very spacy. Auto garage, great breakfast. Very good service around the pool. Ask what you want and they bring it. Everyone is very friendly. Most of the guest are couples. So it is good for resting.

The stay was perfection. Very clean and staff very friendly.

Our stay here was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we arrived we were given welcome drinks and cookies! The staff were really helpful and friendly helping with all of our questions and giving recommendations on where to go and how to get there. The hotel itself was lovely. Very clean and modern with a lovely pool. I would 100% recommend.

The only slight downside was the walk to the hotel from the centre. It was only about 15 minutes but there really is nothing else to say!

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, bedroom, bathroom and view from balcony was awesome!

Great food, both breakfast and evening meal

Breakfast was better than most 5 star hotels I have been before, fresh, well done and delicious. The room was very comfortable, room size, toilet are good enough. The coldest days in the year there were warm drink and hand made cookies for the guests every afternoon. Everyday from 16:00 to 17:00, guests can have free snacks at the main hall, that i think is really nice. The Spa is brand new and worthy the visit

No negative. Just the kitchen employees need to read the service order for the breakfast better as we were offered items we did not requested

Every thing was amazing . Breakfast was delicious and give us more options for food and fresh. All the was wonderful .

A bit far from centers but that won’t affect the overall stay

You order your breakfast the day before you come down the next morning and it is brought to the table excellent breakfast and service the staff are exceptional

The walk back up from Garda in the heat uphill about 20mins there is a shuttle bus free but it stops at 7.15

The breakfast and stay was impeccable really good quality ingredients and the staff were super friendly. I will definately be coming back.

Breakfast was ok although it felt rushed… not the slow, relaxing experience as promoted. Personally we prefer a buffet style breakfast.

Staff were outstanding! Room was great, breakfast amazing, good pool area, parking worked well and all around, it’s a very nice hotel!

Just know that the hotel is a bit of a walk from Garda town.

The decor and smell was lovely and the pool area was lovely too
