We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Every time I'm in Napels I try to book this B&B. It has 6 rooms and I think I've l stayed in each of them now :-) What I like most is that most of the rooms are spacious and clean and well-maintained, equipped with toiletries, daily cleaning etc. Location is great, close to Metro Dante and Piazza Dante. Check-in is easy, although I havent seen any desk person in all these times. But they are easily approachable via whatsapp. Access is via a lift which has always functioned when I was there.

The studio is on the 3rd floor of a building accessible from a courtyard by elevator only. The studio was small, but cleverly fitted out so that it felt quite big (sliding doors, new furniture and completely made to measure). Very clean. Security codes everywhere. And a stone's throw from the Dante metro station and the place to be for authentic Neapolitan living day and night.

Rooms were super spacious, shower was excellent and bed very comfy. This is a very modern, excellent place to stay. I would have given it 9 if aircon worked properly
