Every time I'm in Napels I try to book this B&B. It has 6 rooms and I think I've l stayed in each of them now :-) What I like most is that most of the rooms are spacious and clean and well-maintained, equipped with toiletries, daily cleaning etc. Location is great, close to Metro Dante and Piazza Dante. Check-in is easy, although I havent seen any desk person in all these times. But they are easily approachable via whatsapp. Access is via a lift which has always functioned when I was there.

The studio is on the 3rd floor of a building accessible from a courtyard by elevator only. The studio was small, but cleverly fitted out so that it felt quite big (sliding doors, new furniture and completely made to measure). Very clean. Security codes everywhere. And a stone's throw from the Dante metro station and the place to be for authentic Neapolitan living day and night.

Very good communication and easy check-in. Simple room which was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Good location, a place of quiet repose in the heart of crazy Naples.

The aircon could not be adjusted. Even when changed to a higher cooling temp it still blasted freezing air.

Rooms were super spacious, shower was excellent and bed very comfy. This is a very modern, excellent place to stay. I would have given it 9 if aircon worked properly

Perhaps a link to taxi apps, instructions to add Netflix. A device which would allow casting from phone would alleviate some problems.

The rooms were large with high ceilings. AC was working nice and did not make any noise. Comfortable beds. Location in Napoli is fantastic. Very quiet despite the traffic on Toledo outside the window.

It is very close to the metro station (Dante), every morning you can have your own coffee because in the room you will find a Nespresso Coffee Machine and they’ll provide you the capsules for it. The property is very clean and you can feel a really nice smell since you enter.

The location is perfect. Right beside the metro line which is perfect when arriving at the main station. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby too. We got an inside facing room which is a great benefit as it didn't face into the busy street.

Loved the quirky access - a bit like going through the wardrobe to Narnia! Clean, comfortable- lovely toiletries. Simple but stylish. Oh and full Netflix access!

Facility function.for example:the rubbish bin inside of the toilet(room Nr 2) you can not use the pedal to open the bin’s cover.
