We had an excellent experience! The location is perfect – right on the main street and close to everything. The room was spacious and very clean, with a beautiful and spotless bathroom. Most importantly, Laura and Cesare, the hosts, were absolutely amazing. They were always available for any questions, helped us get oriented, and even recommended great restaurants when we arrived. If you're coming to Napoli – this is truly the ideal place to stay!

The room was comfortable and clean, modern fixtures and nice bathroom. The location is superb, close to everything, cafes and shops. The taxi can literally drop you right at the door step of this place. The elevator was a plus. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend.

The apartment is located right on Via Toledo, which is the main street in Naples, where everything happens - many restaurants, local shops, cafes, and fashion. Ideal for those who want to experience the food and culture of Naples. You can feel safe even when we returned late at night. Our hosts, Laura and Cesare, were very kind, flexible, and responsive to all our needs. The place is quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. It has everything you need: TV, air conditioning, coffee maker, cold water in the fridge, and cookies. We were lucky to find it available, and we recommend staying here to anyone exploring this vibrant and fascinating city. We came here also for the winning match of 4th scudetto for Napoli team! Forza Napoli.

This is the place I stay every time I visit Naples. The location is perfect, could not be more convenient. The building is full of character, the rooms are very nice, well equipped and exceptionally clean. But what I love the most about staying here, is the way that Cesare and Laura run this place. They go out of their way to make sure everything meets your needs, they are professional yet very friendly. I love Toledo Class!

The location was excellent and the rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. However, it was the staff that made it such a wonderful experience! Laura was on hand from the moment we booked to check-out. She was very attentive and gave us some excellent recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. Cesare was very hospitable and helpful on check-in, and even sorted us an umbrella to shield from the weather!

We stayed for just 1 night however the hosts Laura and Cesare were so helpful from the minute we booked. The room is lovely and bright, clean and modern and the location is excellent . Would definitely recommend Toledo Class.

Laura and her husband were the kindest hosts ever! When we just arrived, we got a few local recommendations for restaurants and other places we can't miss in Naples which was so helpful! The room was quite spacious, and we also got some local pastries in the room (and a free refill outside of it, as a part of the coffee station). I really likes that there were only a few rooms (4 in total) which made this apartment hotel very intimate with a boutique feeling (especially as it's run by a family), while still being located right on Via Toledo which is Naples main street where everything happens - lots of restaurants, local shops, cafes and even all the international fashion branches which makes commute by walking super easy. Also, considering that Naples' city center could sometimes be intimidating during nighttime, we felt very secure at the apartment even when we came back late at night.

The elevator was quite small (could fit in only 2 people with luggage, or 4 people in total), but every time it came quite quickly and it had no issues running during our stay.

The location is excellent!!! The room is pampering, renovated and clean. The staff is very generous. I will definitely go back there again.

The location of the guesthouse is excellent, very easy to walk to all major sightseeings. Very friendly and helpful staff, Laura gave us some great tips for restaurants, she reacts quickly and is always ready to assist. The room was nice, modern and clean. Would recommend this for anyone wishing to explore this vibrant and fascinating city!

The hosts were super friendly and helpful through any question or recommendation. The property was clean and comfortable exactly like the pictures. It’s located in a nice area with a walkable distance from most activities. Highly recommended Thank you Laura :)

The property was super clean, and Laura and her staff were there for us from the time I booked. She even left us a sweet treat of traditional Neapolitan sweets!

It was all great! I would suggest the interior to be a bit more traditional inside like the amazing building that it's located :)
