Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesDo keep in mind that the property is situated on a pedestrian-only street, so there is no direct vehicle access. Parking nearby is extremely limited, both close and farther out. We ended up leaving our car in a public garage at the bottom of the town and carrying our luggage up a staircase to reach the accommodation. If mobility or transporting bags might be a concern, it’s something to seriously consider before booking.
The accommodation is ideally located, just a minute’s walk from the cathedral and cloister, right in the heart of Monreale. While the room is on the smaller side, guests have access to a shared kitchen and a terrace, used by the three units in the house.

United KingdomWe travelled to Monreale by car and it would have been helpful to know in advance that the property is very difficult to access via extremely narrow roads. There is nowhere to park close to the property to drop luggage off.
Once we were inside the property it was extremely comfortable and there was tea/coffee and the fridge was stocked with juices. The location is excellent and Paola was very helpful in enabling us to access the flat.

CanadaSituated just steps from Monreale Cathedral, very clean and extremely comfortable bed. Paola gave us very clear information how to go to Palermo by bus, ( which we preferred instead of driving in a very busy city). She also gave us very good advice to park our car at Parcheggio Comunale, which is very close to the property. We really enjoyed our stay and if we come back in the future we will not hesitate to stay again here.
