Not enough parking spaces in front of the hotel. Separate rooms away from the main facility so you need to walk there to get your breakfast. And be AWARE of the restricted zones if you are coming by car. The hotel should consider covering all zones and not only the one in front of the hotel.

The staff is helpful. Breakfast good and the location close to everything.

The walls are a little thin. You could hear people from other rooms coughing which was a little annoying, not too bad though.

It had enough parking spots and everyone was very nice. The rooms were clean and nice with a beautiful view, we were sad that we only had booked a one night stay.

AC central system. It was a but smelly in the room when I entered, but then the smell was gone quickly.

I really liked the station with drinks in the lobby, it's very thoughtful! The room was clean, the bathroom looked new. Location is convenient. Check out time is perfect.

We didn’t like that the air conditioning was controlled centrally as it was too hot for us at night.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location is great to access anywhere in the city centre. It was about a 20min walk to the train station.

The hotel has 2 buildings and it was not clearly (pay attention if you choose separete building or not. I did not pay attention and choose the lowest price) The bedroom is very nice but the place is isolated (about 500 m from the main building). There is no reception (so the safety is weaker). I had no problem but it was summer time (so there is light up to 21 h).

The hotel is very well located (10 min walking), close to the historic district, in front of the Parma River. The breakfast is good and it is worth 10E.

Normally you are not allowed to enter by car in the zone. If you register your car plate number in the hotel you can enter but not from every direction. You are not drawn attention of the direction you are not allowed to go by car so it’s easy to get a fine! Difficult parking.

What it could improve - It could have done with a bit more of fresh fruits, on others Ibis Styles the offer was much better.

What we liked? The pillows! Yes, for us is essential to have a good night of sleep and the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Once again it didn't disappointed! Bravo! Also to get bottles of water as a welcome, it was very much appreciated and thoughtful.

The external building was a bit farther than we would have enjoyed, I probably wouldn't have enjoyed staying there by myself as a woman, since it is attached to a bigger parking structure and just feels a bit abandoned Room was very cold when we walked in

Our room was facing in the external corridor, so there was noise in the morning when the housekeeping stuff is moving trolleys etc. If you have the window closed is just fine, but we had it open since it was a bit warm and in the morning you can hear the noise

The room was in a very nice and central location, but in a quiet street. The room is very spacious and has everything you need. Big bathroom with all the amenities.

The hotel is "worn out", needs renovation. It was hot in the room, so we slept with the window open. However, the room was facing the road, so we were disturbed by the traffic - some cars were driving wildly at night.

The location is great, ten minutes walk to the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given a lot of useful information right away upon arrival.
