This B&B is beautiful! It's such a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views of the sea. Rooms are cozy, breakfast is very good with daily variations. A peaceful place to relax with a wonderful host family with big hearts, a gorgeous sunrise swim in the large pool, beautiful walks on the hill with great views, extraordinary breakfast, delicious restaurants nearby (by car) for lunch and dinner with lots of fresh seafood and last but not least air conditioner in the cozy room. Thanks to Matteo and his mom to make our stay unforgettable! Hope to see you again!

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful, peaceful place with an amazing view. Matteo and his mum are very friendly and helpful. You can chill and relax by the pool or go to one of the beaches which are 15-20mins away by car. Very clean and tidy. If you like sweet breakfast (like me 😂) you'll be in heaven. Homemade cake and yogurt every day, fruits from the garden, fresh juices, and coffee. A little bit less for savoury, but still good selection and you're in Italy so croissants/cake/sweets with coffee in the morning it's something what you do 😂 If you need any recommendations Matteo is always there to help you.

This is truly a hidden gem! We loved every minute of our stay. Matteo is an amazing host — very helpful and friendly, and he made us feel so welcome from the start. The room was spotless (which we really appreciate), and the sunrises were absolutely divine. It was our first time in Sardinia, and this place made the whole experience unforgettable. We’re honestly a bit sad we only booked 4 days, but we’re already planning to come back — and this time we’ll bring some of our family with us. It’s the kind of place you really want to experience at least once in your life. A big thank you to Matteo and his mother for making everything so special. Oh — and I almost forgot the breakfast! The fruit tasted like perfume (in the best way!) — so fragrant and fresh. And the homemade yogurt by Matteo’s mom was exceptional. Overall, we can confidently say: we’ll be back. Fresh towels and room cleaning on the second day were also a lovely touch. Also the pool was very clean and open 24h which is a plus.

Probably one of the most beautiful accommodations we've ever stayed at. The owners are absolutely wonderful, and the location feels like something out of a fairytale — pictures simply cannot capture the true beauty of this place. Beaches, shops, and restaurants are just a 7-minute drive away. Words almost fail to describe how perfect everything was. If you're looking for peace, spotless accommodation, and hosts who will make you feel truly welcome, this is the place for you. A heartfelt thank you once again to Matteo, who went above and beyond to make this trip unforgettable, and to his mother, whose breakfasts are simply out of this world.

Matteo is your perfect holiday host, attentive and personal. With Mom in the background this place is shining! The idillic view from the pool at the coastline with the butterfly's in the garden...ahww, something I will not forget easily. On this hillside paradise you retreat from the touristic beach vibe of Budoni. We had great food in the area and got great advice on where to rent a 'dinghy' to admire the land from the sea.

no towel change in 5 days, probably because we took them with us during the day by the pool or beach. quite a climb with the car: a good car and good driver and stay in first gear and you'll be fine.

Everything! Very good breakfast, the pool is amazing, the views are beautiful. Room was really comfortable and the B&B itself is located in a very quiet, peaceful area. Beautiful beaches are only a 15 minute drive away, and restaurants around 10 minutes. Matteo is a remarkable host ☺️

If you are looking for a cozy place, having a dreamy view, great customer service, offering delicious home cooked breakfast, this is the ideal accommodation! It is owned by a lovely family, spreading good vibes all around the location.This one of many other aspects which makes the place so special! 💙 As an improvement, it would be great if you could install mosquito nets on the windows, in order to keep the tiny lizards out of the rooms 😁

Matteo and his family were so welcoming and friendly. They made sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed - including check-in and check-out at times that suited us and organising breakfast on our last day when we left before breakfast time. Such lovely hosts! The view is breathtaking and the property is so quiet and peaceful. Great for couples and families. Pool is well maintained and a great size. Shower pressure great and good temperature always. The little fridge in our room was also helpful to keep water cold and some other late night snacks.

The little car hike to get to the place is slightly intimidating but gets easier after a couple of times (gear 1 all the way !)

The location is ideal for reaching the beaches and offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Matteo is a wonderful host, making sure every need is met, willing to help and always smiley :) The breakfast, with the most delicious homemade cakes courtesy of his family, was a true delight. Highly recommended!

The only thing that might be irritating, is the road that leads to the appartment - it's steep. But this is no criticism, this is just what it is, you get used to it after two days.

Breakfast was excellent, besides they had fresh juice and fresh cake every morning. The staff was so helpfull and friendly, also had really good tips where to find not to crowdy beaches.

First of all Matteo and the team are amazing hosts and communication was great! Matteo spent time with us to give a lot of recommendations based on what we wanted to do during our 10 days stay. During all the stay we felt like a part of the family. Location has a gorgeous view with a big swimming pool. You will need a car to access it and during your stay, there is a parking. Rooms are clean and cosy, for hot days there is an air conditioning. We warmly recommend this place to enjoy great time in Sardinia !
