They serve italian breakfast/sweet only breakfast/deserts for breakfast. I respect that as it's their culture to serve what's locally eaten, it's just not something I gladly eat first thing in the morning. However, it was delicious with freshly cut fruit, crunchy sweet croissant with jams, butter, yogurt, and coffee.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is disabled room, toilet, and escalator. Drinks in the bar are affordable and fairly priced.

Absolutely nothing that we didn't like

Incredibly friendly staff. Stayed one night, had dinner, ordered a main and salad, but the courses kept coming. We were full and continually entertained by staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Price for dinner was less than expected as well. Rooms were basic, but were clean with a/c, tv and WiFi. Breakfast and free parking too! Fun place to end our trip.

Nothing at all – everything exceeded expectations

Feels like coming home – a place that keeps getting better Roughly 15 years ago, we stumbled upon a hotel so warm and welcoming that sleep felt like a secondary priority. Everything was perfect, accomodation is spacious, with kitchen, and terrace, newly refurbished and decorated. There is a restaurant and bar near the apartments so it was very handy for an evening meal. Staff was very helpful. Delicious breakfast too. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Review is from a pov of a cyclist/bikepacker, of course I don't blame the owner, since I've booked it in a hurry as an alternative and didn't ask beforehand but if You're from a big town where theft might happen more often then leaving it in a small storage compartment with doors open and with the gate also open for the night is quite stressful. Of course i travel with a lock but it's a preventive measure not a proper lock for many hours/full night and on such long trips almost noone takes a proper u-lock which is very heavy. Normally i wouldn't care if the doors/gate was closed or there was a garage, but i couldn't even put it on balcony/terrace near my room wchich was on the end of it, so it wouldn't block passage for others is beyond me.

Almost everything except the lack of a electric kettle. Having it would be nice to make a coffe/tea by myself but the lack of it is understandable since the owner also has a restaurant/bar. Still definitely recommend, totally worth the price which would be 10/10 if not for the bike issue.

The bar is noisy. I asked invoice for my company but the owner didn’t give. He said that he can not do it for foreign company. That’s not true, he just doesn’t want to pay tax.

Very well equipped rooms with super-comfortable beds. The place is quiet and close to the highway. I spent a night while traveling to France and the place exceeded my expectations! Francessco, the owner is very friendly and makes wonderful pasta. Great value for money, I fully recommend it and will definitely use it again.

The room was big enough for two of us with motorbike gear, the bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Check in was excellent and our host invited us to put our bikes in the back yard for security and ease of moving luggage. We had a good walk round the town and a couple of drinks then finished the night at the bar with Ricci , a top barman and a charming and engaging young man. If we are ever in Pocenia again we would definitely stay here.
