Perfect locality - Colosseum, restaurants, public transport nearby. Self check-in/out (no waiting). Small room, but comfy. Air-cond OK, bathroom OK, cleaning every day.

Only minimal breakfast (croissant + cafe), no water, no juice, only sweet option. Window to the inner area with lots of noisy AC units. The manager first insisted on using WhatsApp for communication, be we finally managed without it.

Great location and price. Clean. Would stay again.

One outlet and the lamp on one side of bed did not work.

Location! Right opposite the Colosseum. Convenient for Metro. Quiet, despite being in busy area. Nice and clean.

We had a great experience staying at Tre R Colosseo! The room was clean, with lots of space, and the location was perfect! Walking out with the colosseum right in front of you each morning really made our trip special!

The young lady there at our arrival was just finished cleaning. While we could not communicate easily as I do not speak Italian, she was exceedingly patient and welcoming, answering my questions via Google Translate. She physically showed me how to use keys for exterior doors, enter codes and use locks (because I couldn’t figure it out at first). She let us check in early, which was much appreciated. The room was very comfortable, clean, bed, very nice, soft, but in a “just-right” way with support. It’s right across the street from the Coliseum. Perfect location!

The breakfast tickets should have explained that we could have coffee and a croissant down at the restaurant at street level. We didn’t use the first morning. The next day we did and it was delish!

The location was just incredible. Right next to the Colosseum and many nice restaurants. We basically didn’t use the metro because all the sights were 20 minute walks away. The room was quite nice and you could watch Netflix and co on the tv. The AC was an absolute dream!

Unfortunately we did have a couple of cockroaches in the room. I have heard that that is a general problem in Rome at the moment. So keep your luggage closed at any time!

The conditioner produces bad smell when it is switched on. When the window is opened it is quite noisy. We couldn't sleep two nights, it was too hot and noisy, and we could not use the conditioner.

The room is spacious and it's easy to walk around the neighborhood both during the day and at night. Lots of closet space and great lighting. The nearby food is plentiful and our host was a great communicator!

It was a bit loud from the street noise but not too bad. Also, the fragrance in the lobby is overwhelmingly strong, possibly too strong for those who are sensitive. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay.

Breakfast was to be included but we couldn’t find the restaurant and nobody in the restaurants nearby knew where it was.

The location cannot be beat. The staff is very responsive to messages and friendly.

Mattress could have been a bit more comfortable.

Location, location, location. As you walk out the door of the hotel, you are faced with the Colosseum. Location can’t get much better than that. It is next to quaint cafes and a nice lunch spot. Communication with our host was great. We were given clear instructions for entering the hotel/room and we were provided several suggestions on places to eat. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a great experience.

Shower was a little small for a large person but otherwise all was good.

Amazing location. Property was simple but spotlessly clean with everything we could need for our 4 nights in Rome. Cleaned daily with a change of towels. Andrea was amazing, she made everything so easy, arranging our taxi to and from the airport and provided recommendations for restaurants. She is always available to help and quick to respond.

Nothing to dislike. Perfect for a short stay.

Great location, literally right across the street to colosseum

Air conditioning was not cold and blew warm air for our 2 night stay(set temperature to lowest and tried various buttons but still didn’t turn cold)
