Great location and great staff

Dinner at the restaurant was just fabulous. Amazing food and good wine. The staff are friendly and helpful. They can also help you book a boat tour around Lake Como, which was one of the main highlights of our Italy trip. Stunning Como views too.

Great Location, awesome view and the Restaurant has tasty food. The Staff is very helpful and friendly. To eat at the restaurant you have to make a reservation, they are booked out every night.

In our room they had a cabinet mounted above the bed, so its not possible to sit in the bed and enjoy the view. You only get one water bottle per stay, the rest has to be paid. There aren’t a lot of shops nearby so getting water is difficult.

Whilst I was able to get a parking spot, seeing as they are quite limited I am not sure what would have happened in case all of them were taken since it is difficult area in terms of parking. To clarify, the staff was very friendly and helped guide me to park on the designated spot and therefore I had no issues. Furthermore, the breakfast could have done a bit better in my opinion. Seeing as I am a realtively big eater (also in the mornings) some scambled eggs would have been great :)!

Room is so small, breakfast is worse than I expected considering they also have a cosy restaurant, also parking can be a problem they have only 2 spots

Great location, very clean, very helping and friendly staff, nice restaurant/terrace and good food. It’s 5-10 minutes walking distance to Ponte della Civera where you can have a swim while watching the waterfall behind the bridge!

The only downside was in our room the furnace from the pizza oven was radiating heat the entire night. For us it was manageable with the help of AC but we ignored that part.

The road to it was vary difficult if your not used to drive in narrow road

We stayed for 2 night no home service available no cleaning and there is no one in the reception, basically it was a restaurant with some room in the next floor , the breakfast was vary basic and no egg available , the bed was tiwin bed in a vary small room one was in a top of the other ot make a single bed .

Staff were excellent and very accommodating

I loved the small town feel , the view was amazing and the staff was excellent. Wish we had booked another night

Was nothing we didn’t like

The view from my room was amazing. The staff were warm and friendly. The food and wine at the restaurant was great. The aircon was perfect for the very hot weather at the time.

The double room was very small but lovely and on the third floor. No elevator and I have a bad knee. Unfortunately I missed checking that point when I made the booking. Nessa is great if you’re travelling with someone but out of the way for a solo traveller. Definitely need a car as the buses and ferries were packed every time. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday nights which I didn’t find out until Wednesday night and there’s a shortage of places to eat at in Nessa. They also need to have a Welcome/Information sheet in the room which would be helpful to guests.

Lovely room, with balcony giving views across Lake Como, which is beautiful. Good restaurant and breakfast was good, too. More views across the lake. On street parking was managed by the hotel - make sure that you have a parking disc, much used in Italy.

The lakeside road is narrow - very narrow in places - and twisty. Caution is required. I enjoyed the drive, but those of a nervous disposition might not.

We had to leave out early before breakfast was served, and the staff was very gracious and put together a travel breakfast bag for us.
