The front desk employee wasn’t the friendliest, she wasn’t rude but just not friendly, which I notice and it makes a big difference for me at hotels.

The location is great, parking included, my kids liked the breakfast, but it wasn’t my favorite because there were mostly sweet options. The view from our balcony was nice.

A basic but comfortable hotel. We had a triple room at a good price. It was nice to be able to squeeze one's own fresh orange juice at breakfast. The nearby ski resort is excellent for red and black runs and just a short drive from the hotel. The hotel has a spacious ski storage room.

The room became quite noisy in the morning facing the main street, the pillow wasn't comfortable for me. TV could not be connected to internet for Netflix/Youtube etc. None was at the reception when I arrived before 7pm. Breakfast offered great variety but very few options for hot food.

Staff was very friendly, it helped that I spoke their language. They found a space for my motorcycle in their covered garage. They explained everything, although rather quickly.

The hotel is very well operated, all is fine, it is in a well renovated but probably historic building and the restaurant is very good -- albeit not exactly cheap.

Work in room next door meant drilling noises when we arrived but reception got them to stop the noisy work. Breakfast was dreadful, not a bad selection but problems with coffee machine and the buffet wasn't covered so there were several flies on everything as the door to the terrace was wide open. Could have done with fly wires - and on the bedroom windows too as we had our window open overnight because there was no fan in the room, but I was bitten several times by mosquitoes!

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner was good.

Breakfast on the on the other hand wasn't brilliant. I guess it happens but one piece of bread that I got was moldy. Eggs weren't too delicious either and felt like they were sweet instead of salty. Also prepare to search for the parking spot, as it's not so straight forward to find one in Tarvisio.

Room was fine and no complaints about it. Location of the hotel is great and staff was friendly. We spent a night there and i would do it again if i was around that area.

The woman at the reception was rude. We wanted to use the sauna after long hike, but it was not possible. The receptionist told us that it is not in use. We chose the Trieste hotel because of sauna, so we were very disappointed. Breakfast is at 8 o clock, which is too late for hikers.

We loved breakfast, comfortable bads, cleanliness.

The hotel is in the center of the village. Free parking is behind the hotel. With luggage, it is necessary to walk from the parking lot up a steep hill, because the hotel is on a slope and the door from the parking lot to the hotel could not be opened. Breakfast was O.K. Our room was clean but small. We slept in better hotels for the same money.

We were a bit surprised when we realized that the eggs for breakfast were prepared with sugar;) Probably this is italian habit, we will see this in the future;)

As a single traveller I booked a room with one bed. Maybe just bad luck I had with the room I got ... The room I got had a non pleasant smell. On side of the room was facing the main road running thru the village and another side was facing the church. Cars roaring thru the village at nite and the church bells making it hard to find a sleep at nite.

Very average breakfast with long waiting time to get the missing things. We had to wait for forks. You can eat eggs with the spoon but it is not common.

Very comfortable single bed room with all you need on its place. Polite lady at reception. Restaurant with delicious food and outstanding views to the mountains. All you need after long day of travelling. Unfortunatelly I didn't try the wellness. Maybe next time.

Wonderful service, friendly and professional staff. Very comfortable beds, common hotel areas also useful for working on computer or reading . hotel kitchen very good. I would recommend it
