No AC in the bedrooms but with the doors open the ac unit in the living room helped keep the rooms mostly cool.

The location was perfect and Francisco went above and beyond helping us find the location of the property and getting us checked in.

shower without curtain/division from the rest of the bathroom would have preferred more robust boundary features than a few potted plants dividing the backyards of one house to that of the other for privacy

The only (very minor) problem we had was that the coffee maker in our trullo wasn't working, and we told the front desk about it twice, but nothing was done about it. It was clearly just a small misunderstanding (perhaps the front forgot to tell someone), because when I mentioned it again at check-out, the manager was quite embarrassed and offered a small gift as compensation, which was perfect. Everyone makes mistakes, but this one was handled very well.

The location of our trullo was perfect. It was a bit farther away from the center of town, so it was nice and quiet and peaceful at night, but close enough to the main part of town to make it easily accessible. The staff was fabulous and friendly, and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

Car park up the road so might be difficult for someone to carry their luggage to their hut. There is no trolley service or set down area to drop out your luggage.

This is such a lovely, unusual setting. The room was cool. We had a lovely, comfortable night. Breakfast is served downstairs in a wine cellar so quirky lots of little gift shops and restaurants. Highly recommend it

The beds could be updated with new mattresses.

The location and the staff were the stars. The Trullis were very cute and fun. Rooms were well heated and safe. Breakfast was world class and the service first rate. The owners contracted us a ride from the bus station to the faculty which really helped as Uber was non existent. They also were very helpful with dining and sightseeing suggestions. Great ambassadors of the city.

Not necessarily a bad thing, but be aware that for taller people, there are a few areas of the home where you will need to squat in order to walk through.😅

It was a nice place to stay, a trullo near the famous trulli area of Alberobello. We enjoyed our stay very much.🥳

We can't say enough about how enjoyable it was to stay here! All aspects made for a very special stay. The kind and helpful host, the fully equipped, adorable trullo, and the easy access to all parts of town were wonderful, so much so that we would love to return one day and stay in exactly the same trullo!

The bathroom floor was very slippery when wet. Steps down in to the breakfast room very steep and awkward if your balance is not good..

Location, staff, and atmosphere are excellent and iconic. Francesco was an excellent host who went above and beyond, coming to help us with parking and luggage on arrival and again on departure. Grazie Francesco!

When it rains in Alberellobello it rains!!!!

The location was excellent, the man on reception was extremely helpful and took us to our Trulli. The breakfast was good.

I think what I hated the most that when the gentleman showed me the location it was hidden in a narrow alleyway and the window from the room could not be opened because it was a private property with other people easily looking into the bedroom. Above all, the gentleman told me that after they close the reception, there is a 24 hours contact person but when I asked them at 11pm how to turn the air conditioning off because it was unbearably cold, noone answered, so I totally switch the main electricity switch off and that meant I could not charge my phone and other stuff at night. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

It was for sure a wonderful experience to stay in a Trullo and I am glad that I decided to celebrate my birthday this way.The Trullo inside was not the same as in the advertisement but still beautiful. The bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast was great!!!

We had the most amazing time, our Trulli was fantastic, Francesco greeted us and looked after us. Such a lovely man. Breakfast was great. I would throughly recommend Trulli e Puglia Resort ☺️

This place has a prefect location, in a quiet area of Trulli only few meters from main street. House itself was bigger than I expected, very clean, very well equipped. Hugo was very helpful, we liked his travel tips.

The only thing is that they used an air freshener or some sort of cleaner that truly aggravated our allergies. The trullis were clean so it was totally unnecessary and unusual in Italian accommodations.
