The rooms are very nice, the breakfast is excellent and in general the facility is great. The staff treated us very well and some even helped us with a bit of Italian. The rooftop is very underated, nice views and amazing drinks with music.

Air conditioning in the room was a bit weak.

Gym was pretty poor and wish they provided more water, especially in summer heat

The rooms are big, new and clean. Beds and linen were super comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The location is minutes from the fontana de trevi, very central. The hotel is modern and new but what makes it exceptional is the service. Alessandra is brilliant.

Amazing atmosphere, the staff is nice and the rooms are so clean. They gave us an upgrade even we didn't ask for. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Rome. Also, the locations is unbeatable, and their breakfast is amazing!

We have chosen Umiltà 36 for our vacation in Rome and our stay was amazing. This hotel is located in the very heart of Rome - just a few minutes from the Trevi fountain - but hidden on a quiet street, which makes it a true gem. Our room was not only beautifully decorated, but also thoughtfully and smartly designed, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and there was no noise from outside in the room. The hotel restaurant “Aquamarina” has a great seafood menu with local dishes and wine. What makes Umiltà 36 really special, however, is the people. Every staff member we’ve interacted with was friendly and genuinely helpful. And what is most important, during our stay our little daughter was treated like a princess - which meant the world to us.
