We enjoyed Mrs. Cristina's support and assistance. In the kitchen, there was coffee and delicious cakes, and drinkable water was available. There was a nice balcony, although we didn't take advantage of it.

Very good location close to the Vatican and several good restaurants and bakery around. The beds are very comfy and it is so lovely to be able to enjoy your cup of Coffee /tea in the balcony..the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I definitely come back and a special thanks to Cristina for a last minute airport transfer booking and to Ms Eden for her kindness and wonderful room cleaning.

Replace the shower faucet. The water temperature when showering may fluctuate a bit too much.

Thank you for the simple, peaceful accommodation. After a pleasant day wandering around Rome, we only stayed overnight at your place, but we really enjoyed it. We got everything we needed. We will gladly recommend the accommodation to our friends and come back ourselves.

Room was cute and in a decent location, 5 minutes walk to a metro station. Check in was simple and we were late so we were kindly given the opportunity to self check in. Bed was very comfortable

Nothing, I can just say one thing: if you coming by car you have a challenge to find one in this district.

It was very accesable, clean and despite our late arrival they organized everything for us. The breakfast was more than enough: good cakes, croassiants and pretty good good POD coffe.

The fact we had to leave.........

We really loved this place for many reasons. Firstly, the welcome . Giorgio was there on our arrival and gave us perfect information about the accommodation and surroundings. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom spacious in comparison to similar places we have stayed in within this price range. We booked a room with a balcony and that was great as we could have our breakfast there which we appreciated.. Location is top as you will find yourself on a relatively quiet street but in the heart of Romes Vaticano Prati area with short walking distances to the Vatican and the San Pietro Metro. We will definitely return on our next visit and thanks again to Giorgio and Christine for making us feel so welcome. On the safety side which is important for many travellers have no worries as there is a concierge at ground floor and the rooms are within an appartment area on the fifth floor with a lft and separate entrance.. GRAZIE.and good luck for the season

The air con was a godsend. My partner and I went in August when it was 28-33°. The room was cleaned regularly, staff were lovely and there was teas, coffees, treats provided in the shared kitchen. Transport/cafes/restaurants/shops were all within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

The location of the guest house is very good, in 10-15 minutes walk from Vatican. The neighburing streets are very calm, and safety, also at night. We were satisfied with our room, which was big enough and very clean, and well equiped. And the breakfast in the balcony was fantastic.

So far, it was our best stay in Italy. Very charming and welcoming landlords. It was so cozy, that we could even imagine how our life could look like if we live in Italy (not just travel). We are very satisfied with this hotel!

The property can be found close to the metro station, which was very handy as we travelled by train. From there it takes around 20 minutes to walk to the Vatican City. The district is also safe, so I highly recommend this place due to its location. We also found some nice restaurants nearby. The apartment is well-equipped and spacious: we were travelling with two big suitcases and we had still enough space to move around in the room. The communication with the host went smoothly. All in all we had a very pleasant stay here.
