Amazing views from the balcony, really good facilities and lovely hosts.

For a more comfortable stay, it would have been nice to have a bigger couch, as our only option to chat and lounge around after dinner was to sit at the table. The other detail I would like to highlight is that we were caught under heavy rain, returning to the house drenched and freezing. Although we contacted Luca to ask how to turn on the heating, it was already turned on for us upon our arrival. We never did get to learn how to do it ourselves if we needed to adjust the heating on a different night, as it was still a bit chilly. Finally, there is no microwave, you need to use the stove top for everything.

The house was very well kept and clean, with all the necessary equipment required for a short stay. Furthermore, Luca was a great host! Friendly, helpful and readily available whenever we needed him. He provided us with some coffee and breakfast items, and also gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. 😊

Like a lot of Italian places, lamps and kitchen cupboards are placed low. Mind your head ;-)

Lovely apartment in quiet village, close enough to La Spezia to use as base for trips to Cinque Terre. Good equipped kitchen, nice bathroom.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The hosts, Luca & and Monica, were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, there was milk, water, jam, croissants, and Nutella for the kids! The apartment provides all the comfort you need. It is situated in a strategic area, 15 minutes from La Spezia, and easy access to le cinque terre and beaches. If you can, go to "Lapo's pizza & drink" for pizza (booking in advance), the pizzas are wonderful! We had a very lovely time!

Monica and Luca are the excellent hosts. Always available for any of the questions. Location is just 20min away from La Spezia where you can catch train or boat for Cinque Terre.You can find everything in this apartment for your stay. Very nice clean apartment with Air conditioning facility. Complimentary breakfast, milk and water was provided by host. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Very cosy, clean and nice apartament, we have everything we need: coffee machine, dishwasher, laundry washing machine. Even some snacks, water ,coffee capsules, milk was left for us by the hosts. Very nice view from apartament, location -about 20 min. from La Spezia by auto. The hosts were very kind and helpfull. Grazie, Monica è Luca!

Nothing really but you have to be prepared to drive a bit to visit anywhere/eat out.

Very comfortable and thoughtfully presented with lots of equipment and supplies to make travel easier. Beautiful setting away from it all- very quiet and peaceful.

It is not that I don't like but the only things that come to mind as less positive are the location... and the microwave oven. It is located in a small village and you really need a car to get there (narrow streets to get there - only one car at a time - but no issues to get there anyway). During our stay we could have used a microwave oven to warm up some breakfast or even a meal...

The house was just all you could need for a few days away from home. Nice rooms, nice kitchen with all you could need, bathroom working fine and good looking decoration everywhere. Really a nice apartment for up to 5 people in a quiet location in the middle of some mountains and green landscapes. The host was really friendly and gave us all the help needed and a nice welcome at arrival already a bit late in the day.

The view was amazing, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, checked multiple times whether everything is ok and if we need anything. One late evening we got locked out of the apartment, but the host came in 5 minutes to help us. A big thank you!

We loved our stay at this perfectly located property. Monica & Luca were so warm and welcoming and offered great suggestions for parking and sights to see. The apartment was well catered for in every way and had the best view of mountains. We loved having a spritz on the balcony in the afternoon and then the peaceful night to sleep. In the past 6 weeks, this has been the only property to offer comfort, views, location and value for money. We look forward to staying again and highly recommend as a stay.
