Spacious, clean and modern decorated hotel. Our room and especially the bathroom was very clean, mattress and pillows very comfortable, good lightning and high speed internet. Good variety in breakfast, very helpful and polite staff. Restaurant and large, secure, well lit parking within the hotel premises. Back garden with furniture to relax any time of the day. Everyday cleaning of the room and fresh towels. Bus station for Modena city center and railway station within 5 min walking distance. Supermarket and McDonalds very close to the hotel. The hotel is also very close to autostrada.

Personal preference for a bigger minibar (big bottle of water couldn't stand).

Internet was poor and we booked a suite. Top of bed was dusty.

Clean, spacious, private parking, nice breakfast. You get to pick a pillow from a pillow menu! That was fun :)

There was a smell of cigarette coming into the room for some minutes every now and then - I suspect smokers near the air vent of the air conditioning... When we mentioned it at reception on the next day they didn't seem bothered nor apologised...

The staff, especially Valerio and his colleague in the restaurant, as well as Gian Luca the bar attendant. They were very welcoming , friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good.

Only very small details: - slightly worn bathroom faucet (not significant, but replacement would improve the look) -small imperfections near the sink (scratches, water stains – probably due to material)

Parking could be underground space, especially considering very hot weather - however some parking spaces were in a shade No swimming pool

All new, team is very friendly and helpful. Particularly in the Restaurant where a lady -forgot to ask the name- is just amazing in supporting you in every step, from the starter to the dessert. Fantastic service level

Good value for money, but worse than the last time I stayed here (2 years prior).

Bathroom needs a renovation. It feels used, with stained walls, ruindes taps and has mold around the shower. Matress was hollow in one side, and had sunken well below even if I wasn't laying on it... I didn't sleep very well at all (at least it was only 1 night...). Spa... is not really a spa. It's just a difficult-to-use, aged shower with 2 saunas, one of which stinks of mold.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the location good if you're doing a stop-over. The breakfast was amazing. Modena is a 15 minute drive.

I was hoping for a bit more to do within walking distance. Minor detail. The gym could use an upgrade as well.
