The interior design and decoration is spectacular, I love every corner of the hotel including the amazing terrace space.

It was too far away from the majority of the attractions. When you’re tired you don’t want to walk half hour or more back to the hotel. Just something to keep in mind.

The neighborhood was in a good location, the room was comfortable, and having a bar of sorts on site was nice.

Super cute hotel. The rooms were good size and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very nicely decorated overall. Breakfast was great as well and all the staff were delightful. Special thank you to the lovely receptionist who did our check in, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, but she was very lovely and made us feel very welcomed. AC worked great and the area is very quiet. There is private parking which you can reserve in advance, however we found plenty of spots very close to the hotel and paid using the Easy Park app. You can catch a bus to the centre or walk. Overall great for short or long stays in Florence.

The location wasn’t ideal from the airport or train station we needed when leaving which is something to consider. Taxis were available word case if you are unsure of the transport options in Florence and only over black was an option.

Beautiful small hotel with great facilities! Our room was perfect and modern. Close to a bus stop with hotel staff giving us information on check about restaurants and buses for the area. House keeping were fabulous making sure our room was just how we wanted it. Loved the breakfast and outdoor area for this hotel.

Nice and cozy little hotel. Highly recommend. Bus station right around the corner so you can easily get to the old town in 15 to 20min ride. Parking is 1 eur/h 8-20 (on the blue lines, white ones are for residents) and had no problem of finding free spot.

Our experience with this hotel was amazing. The location was great, the staff very friendly and the rooms were like advertised. We had a wonderful time and we are looking forward to coming again.

We had 3 nights and no one came to clean the apartments, so no clean towels or new rubish bags. Also the breakfast buffet was same every day and a bit small.

We stayed at apartments which were spacious and well designed, check in process was easy and admin was lovely. We had tasty coffee ant the breakfast buffet. Thank you 🫶

Location was slightly out of the way of the centre but that was our choice to book so wouldn’t put us of returning but worth being aware of as it’s a bit of a walk and the bus service not always reliable!

Excellent facilities. Staff were fantastic - Clara & Alberto in particular. They made a real effort everyday. Beautiful room and stunning gardens where we enjoyed breakfast everyday, night time drinks and chose just to stay there one morning until mid afternoon as it was so relaxing! We would happily stay here again!

Our night at this hotel was very comfortable and memorable. The private terrace accessible directly from the room was excellent, and the room itself had a beautiful minimalist design — everything was clean and tidy. We arrived late, after midnight, and they had kindly left us instructions and the room key ✔️ — that was a huge plus. Breakfast was pleasant and quite filling. The garden inside the hotel is a real feast for the eyes — we enjoyed our breakfast on our terrace overlooking the garden ♡ I highly recommend visiting this cozy place ♡ We'll definitely come back again!

A little too far from the center of town.

Whole hotel is so beautifully decorated, tastefull but little wacky. I stayed in a room with terrace, outdoor space is gorgeous, so green and calm, you cant get yourself out of the room. Hope to visit again.

It’s a fair distance from the city centre. That’s well-balanced though by it being in a quiet suburban area, lovely for evening walks to local restaurants. It was a bit of a walk, in midday heat, from the main hotel where we had to check in, to the building where we were to stay.

Clean, comfortable - a modern refurbishment in an older building. Great a/c, lovely bathroom, comfortable large bed. Taxis proved a little hard to come by in Florence even with the TaxiMore app, but the concierge was able to organise one to get us to the airport, easily and quickly.
