The interior design and decoration is spectacular, I love every corner of the hotel including the amazing terrace space.

The air conditioning was a bit loud

The neighborhood was in a good location, the room was comfortable, and having a bar of sorts on site was nice.

It was too far away from the majority of the attractions. When you’re tired you don’t want to walk half hour or more back to the hotel. Just something to keep in mind.

Nice and cosy hotel, good breakfast.

Bathroom was on the corridor though it was private.

Loved the terrace, the breakfast was very tasty and the cappuccino superb! Very comfortable sleep and friendly staff!

Super cute hotel. The rooms were good size and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very nicely decorated overall. Breakfast was great as well and all the staff were delightful. Special thank you to the lovely receptionist who did our check in, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, but she was very lovely and made us feel very welcomed. AC worked great and the area is very quiet. There is private parking which you can reserve in advance, however we found plenty of spots very close to the hotel and paid using the Easy Park app. You can catch a bus to the centre or walk. Overall great for short or long stays in Florence.

Beautiful small hotel with great facilities! Our room was perfect and modern. Close to a bus stop with hotel staff giving us information on check about restaurants and buses for the area. House keeping were fabulous making sure our room was just how we wanted it. Loved the breakfast and outdoor area for this hotel.

The location wasn’t ideal from the airport or train station we needed when leaving which is something to consider. Taxis were available word case if you are unsure of the transport options in Florence and only over black was an option.

Nice and cozy little hotel. Highly recommend. Bus station right around the corner so you can easily get to the old town in 15 to 20min ride. Parking is 1 eur/h 8-20 (on the blue lines, white ones are for residents) and had no problem of finding free spot.

Our experience with this hotel was amazing. The location was great, the staff very friendly and the rooms were like advertised. We had a wonderful time and we are looking forward to coming again.

Lovely terrace onto the Italian garden / bar area. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Breakfast was a good continental selection.

The bathroom was extremely compact. Our only issue was that we returned after it had rained heavily. Staff had removed the cushions to the terrace furniture, which is understandable However, they had not left them for us anywhere and no staff on site until the next day. The outdoor furniture was too low without the cushions. Even the next morning, they still weren't back, and there was nowhere to sit. The bar unexpectedly shut too, and guests were coming into the bar. You were basically left to fend for yourself.

We stayed at apartments which were spacious and well designed, check in process was easy and admin was lovely. We had tasty coffee ant the breakfast buffet. Thank you 🫶

We had 3 nights and no one came to clean the apartments, so no clean towels or new rubish bags. Also the breakfast buffet was same every day and a bit small.

Excellent facilities. Staff were fantastic - Clara & Alberto in particular. They made a real effort everyday. Beautiful room and stunning gardens where we enjoyed breakfast everyday, night time drinks and chose just to stay there one morning until mid afternoon as it was so relaxing! We would happily stay here again!

Location was slightly out of the way of the centre but that was our choice to book so wouldn’t put us of returning but worth being aware of as it’s a bit of a walk and the bus service not always reliable!

Hotel itself is nice and clean,rooms are clean as well

No elevators,only stairs everywhere. Parking area is also hard to get out.
