- nice room - very good breakfast - good and safe location

Location and safe

My transfer to hotel was cancelled after it was confirmed. The A/C was leaking and not working. Informed staff by messaging. Was told if I don’t like my accommodations to turn off the AC. Rooms were not clean. Black mold in bathroom on wall. I have pictures and video. Customer service was lacking. Messages were not professional or accommodating. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here.

The location of the property is perfect, near everything, the trevi fountain, Spanish steps, etc, the property is big, clean, and quiet. The breakfast is nice, we have allergens and Elisabeta was ready to offer us options. Elisabeta is a lovely person, very helpful with everything and attentive with us. We lived out stay, highly recommend and definitely will come back.

Only one tip for breakfast, which everything was lovely, but the juices, she could use some fresh oranges and fresh juice instead of the ready one from supermarkets. Everything else was lovely.

Location was great. The price was good. I missed the registration staff. Breakfast Staff were cheery and helpful. …make sure you have all your info as it is self checkin. One of the doors was broken. Once you are familiar with the building and procedure it is well worth it.

Study the info carefully and you will be fine.

The location is amazing !! Walking distance to all main attractions and areas .And what made the stay more special was Elisabetta 😍 such an amazing person and very helpful The room is spacious with a nice balcony Will definitely come back here when am in Rome again

The reception lady was so helpful and she tried to support whatever travellers need. She was okay to keep our luggage till afternoon and take some rest after check out. We really appreciate those extra service! We enjoy fresh breakfast every morning:) thank you!

Nothing really i just wish the AC would be colder and a life size mirror and maybe more protein for breakfast and would have been perfect

Blocked drain in shower. Toilet cistern didn't always flush. Totally broken security door entrance to lift area. Air conditioning average. Could not find English speaking channel on television....

It was all great!! The room, staff and service were excellent. Also, the location of the hotel is outstanding!

Very good location with nice rooms and good breakfast

We had a mixed experience: The staff were absolutely lovely — very polite, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome right away. The room was generally excellent: beautifully designed with a calm and tasteful interior. The bed was outstanding — firm and comfortable, offering the kind of sleep you hope for on a hotel stay. The shower was good, and the air conditioning worked very well, which we appreciated.

A few details in the room could be improved: The curtains were too thin and didn’t darken the room properly, so sleeping in was difficult. The minibar was small and took far too long to cool drinks — water never really got cold enough. The toilet was also designed in a way that made it difficult to clean properly, which was a bit of a letdown. Breakfast was, unfortunately, the weakest part of the stay. The eggs were cold, and the scrambled eggs were dry and overcooked. The coffee machine didn’t deliver a strong or hot enough coffee, and the juice wasn’t cold either. Most of the food was served at the same lukewarm temperature , which was quite unappetizing. The most disappointing part was finding mold on the breakfast items two days in a row. On the first day it was on some cakes, which the staff threw out after we pointed it out. On the second day it was on blueberries. We chose not to say anything that time. There were very few options for guests with allergies which made us very disappointed. We were surprised to read so many reviews describing the breakfast as fresh and excellent. This is not the kind of breakfast you expect from a hotel in this price range. On our last day, since we had an early departure, we were only offered a basic sandwich instead of a proper breakfast. That didn’t feel like a thoughtful solution. All in all, while the room, the lication, and staff were truly excellent, the breakfast experience really pulled the overall impression down. With more attention to hygiene, food quality, and detail, this hotel could become a top choice for staying in Rome.

Breakfast was excellent and Elisabetta was the best concierge staff who made our stay excellent

Everything was excellent

Great location and the host was very good and helpful! Great service and very clean. Great choice for Rome! Walking distance from all top attractions :)) will definitely book here again.
