SwitzerlandNot enough staff. Food in restaurants, especially Mediterra, was below average and very expensive in comparison to restaurants in Favignana city.
The resort is amazing. Beautiful view to the sea, pool is super nice, you can play padel, tennis and football. The resort looks very nice and spacious enough. You can rent a bike and can visit in 20 min super nice restaurants in the city. Beaches are very close by and two of the most beautiful beaches can be reached as well by foot in 20 minutes. We could relax very well. Singer and DJ in the evening and afternoon at pool and restaurants create a very nice atmosphere.

PolandThe rooms could use better sealing, as a lot of ants are coming out of cracks in the tile grout. The restaurant staff is quite disorganized, which sometimes leads to misunderstandings. The hotel is quite far from the center and unfortunately does not offer any shuttle service, but the staff helps to arrange one.
The location, front desk service, swimming pool, and all the amenities available at the hotel. That was perfect. The staff by the pool and bar were also wonderful and friendly. I chose this hotel for relaxation after an intense sightseeing tour, and in this regard, it was excellent. In the end, it probably makes up for some of the shortcomings the hotel has, but whether it’s worth the price or truly deserves four stars is up to individual judgment.

AustraliaThe absence of a complimentary shuttle bus service from ferry to reception was surprising considering the quality standard and size of the resort. The cost is currently 16 euro one way by taxi.
The total sensory experience at the resort was carefully curated with much attention to detail, from the lighting and manicured grounds to the live musicians/djs. This was very much appreciated!

United KingdomHotel is graded 4*. Bedroom and bathroom were barely 3*. Basic decoration. Basic furniture. No chairs. We asked to move rooms but were told that all rooms were the same. Staff indifferent.
Breakfast was excellent. Situation was excellent. Outdoor facilities excellent. Plenty of sunbeds: around pool, in lush gardens, on decking over volcanic beach to sea.

United KingdomCocktails were quite poor at the pool and restaurants, especially for full prize you pay. It’s a 3 star resort rather than 4. Out dated furniture, TV (with no signal) and overall amenities - no iron, no kettle. Transfer is slightly inconvenient as it runs only once every hour and can hold only 8 people - first come first serve or whoever runs/pushes in first. Cannot imagine how difficult it would be during the peak period.
Pool and outdoor facilities were very good. Provided beach/pool towels. Good and tasty selection at the breakfast buffet, restaurant in resort was good too. Ideal location for the beaches and has a rental kiosk for bikes. Clean rooms with daily cleans.

The pool and sea views were amazing to just relax and do nothing all day. The pool was amazingly refreshing, and chairs comfy! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

United KingdomWe had an amazing room looking out to sea, but on 2 of the four evenings there was a very loud outdoor cinema in the huge amphitheatre which was blasting away until around 10:30pm. Completely destroyed any peaceful atmosphere. Similarly, almost all day long loud music was played around the pool. Indeed, at supper one night they had two different sets of speakers blasting out different music from different directions, which was especially unpleasant.
Excellent breakfast and evening dining-all outdoors. Lovely very large pool, although the water was quite chilly Staff were fabulous, helpful and always smiling.

AustraliaThere were a lack of umbrellas around the pool, which meant unless you got there early you had to lie in full sun. Just a couple more umbrellas would mean that everyone could have the option of shade.
The pool and restaurant was lovely. Maurizio was an excellent host and went out of his way to provide comfort and service, which we really appreciated.
