Breakfast was in a bar on the front, nice to go there. We liked being in a room in the centre of town. The welcome was human and enthusiastic.

Very steep stairs to access the rooms, we didn’t mind, but elderly people might find it difficult. The staff at the breakfast place weren’t very friendly or welcoming.

The place was fabulous, great location, balcony view, beautiful room. Luca was very helpful and friendly.

There is no staff on site. There is no breakfast. There is a voucher for coffee and pastry at a bar around the corner. The stairs up to the apartment are very steep. The host kindly carried up and down our cases.

The proximity to the Main Street is great! The town is very small and cute. The people are warm and welcoming

The common area was lovely and functional but a bit hot.

Valu' is located in via XX Settembre, a central location in Carloforte. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, with a view on the street and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of still and sparkling water in the mini fridge (really appreciated with the hot weather). Luca is friendly and gave us brilliant advice for restaurants. We will come back @Valu' if in Carloforte again. : )

Spot on property. Best location, at the cutest street of the village, 1 minuto from all th restaurants and bars and 3 minutes from the parking lot. The room has a perfect size and is really well decorated. The bed is a must. We slept really well. Great bathroom size and excellent shower! Really nice staff and amenities. They were really nice offering us free beverages and fruits. I can’t recomment enought.

Bed and pillows could be more confortable. The apartments are on the 1st floor of a historical building, the stairs are quite tricky if you have any mobility problems or large suitcases.

Great location, right in the center of the town, the hospitality of the host was warm hearted and helpfull, the facilities and amenities were a great surprise!! Room was very spacious, clean and well decorated. Air conditioning working well!

The location was perfect. The host was there when we arrived to welcome us and give us the information we needed. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom and also we had the use of a communal kitchen which was great.

It can get a little noisy outside at night and even though the apartment is located on an upper floor, the noise still transfers but it wasn't as bad in some other areas we stayed during our holiday. This isn't a direct fault of the property, but it's important to highlight that for those travelling by car there is no parking because the location is in a traffic limited zone; however there are posted hours where vehicles are permitted to drop off luggage, but parking is at a nearby public space.

The location was excellent, located in the old town on the main pedestrian path and had access to everything you need. The unit was very clean and daily cleaning was offered at no extra charge. The entire apartment was renovated and the common area was very nice and very useful - we used it to store some food we bought and made snacks. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind - we got some snacks as gifts (like cookies for morning coffee and focaccia on another occasion). There is a breakfast available as well - it's a coupon at a nearby coffee bar but it was absolutely great, you can order nearly as much food as you want (within reason, of course).
