It felt quite far out. We got the buses wrong and ended up with a fine. There weren't many shops or restaurants nearby, which was tricky, as we needed gluten free. 4 beds in 1 room was a really tight squeeze. Lift was practically unusable for our whole stay. We only worked out how to close the shutters on our last morning.

Good value for Rome. Inside set up was quite clever, several rooms with a small shared kitchen

The AC wasn’t very strong and the bed legs were a bit broken, although functional. Difficult to locate and get checked in.

The apartment was clean and the stuff was very nice and communicative. There is a bus stop very close by so it was pretty easy to get to the center of the city...There is also a micro market around the corner which was super helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Didn't like the lift, it was very small.

Everything was flawless!!

The experience was amazing! Let's start of with the location. The location is amazing, with perfect streets, a mini market outside, and a bus stop named Pio VIII. Secondly, the hotel room was amazing and comfortable... soft beds, comfy quilts and pillows, and amazing washroom with all facilities needed. A mini fridge and a bottle of water was provided as well. Lastly, a huge shout out to JON... He is an amazing receptionist who guided us with everything from bus tickets to how to reach major attractions. He is very respectful and super helpful. Overall, Vatican Central Suites is extraordinary and great value for money!! Highly recommended.

The bathroom is very humid and very moldy, needs S.o.S renovation. The electric sockets are dangerous and Just 2 worked properly. The minibar is too loud as well. The photos of course are better Than the reality. Altough its not the properties fault, be aware that its quite far from the Vatican and the busses are running rarely.

The staff was nice and friendly, they speak good english. The coffee station and the water bottle is nice.

Neighbors were really noisy so we couldn't rest too much. Blind had some mechanical issues so we couldn't lower it. The communication was not perfect with the staff.

The room was big and the beds were acceptable. The area was a good one especially if you wanted to reach the Vatican fast. The bus station is very close (a few meters away from the entrance) and there is also a shop nearby to buy things.

The lift is a bit small for a stroller. The double bed was composed of two separate mattresses.

The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. Even brought kettler to warm up our baby bottle. They had crib. The room is nice and clean. The location is nice as it is close to the vatican and has two buses to the city center.

As I mentioned, these are not fancy hotel rooms, they are rooms to-let, so you know how to set your expectations. The place is about 15 mins walk from the Vatican, and then you add whatever time you will need to walk to other places, so, bring really good walking shoes. It is on a couple of bus lines (46 and others), but if you have a car, it will be very difficult to park. Ubers/taxis in general are available too, but pretty pricey!! You are in a generally residential area, so there is no view FYI.

Jon, who told me that he had just become the new owner, was very helpful when he was able to communicate via text. The place is very clean, the housekeeper is nice and helpful. Although the rooms did not have any facilities inside it, Jon mentioned he was going to get a microwave in the hall, which already has the common kettle and espresso machine. If you're arriving late, make sure to arrange with Jon ahead of time. Finally, let Jon, or someone from the staff show you which keys open which door and how :)
