The bathroom and shower smelt so bad like rotten eggs. Every time you came back into the room the smell hit you. The main shower head didn’t work either so you had to use the rusty handheld shower head that took 5 minutes to get warm and just trickled out water.

It is not possible that you have to check in at a different place than where you are staying, it is far away if you bring heavy luggage and there was no toilet paper during your stay.

Check in is 10 minutes walk dragging luggage away and only advertised after booking. Room is dated and needs updating on the decor. Rust and damaged surfaces.

The toilet leaks, bathroom smells really bad. Technicians entered my room without knocking. They are two men and i am a woman! Maybe they want to fix the bathroom but they need to get my permission first. There is a jacuzzi, but it is inside the room not really comfortable. The room is small. No water, no tea or coffee. Nothing! No glasses or cups. No toothbrush or just anything. Again nothing.

I loved it that the Filipino guests relations are very friendly and helpful. I love the location. The bed is comfortable.

Nothing. Please be careful with this owner, keys you need receive in another place and then walk 20min with your heavy luggage. Room is really really small. Bad air, with fungus smell all around in room. WC toilet is soo smal that 1.70m height person can sit. Worst experience in the Rome. (5th time in this city)

The door for the bathroom was broken, so it was hard to close and very noisy. We could listen the sounds from the other guests so there was no privacy. The hot water needed some time to start and the pressure in the shower wasnt good. The reception was like 10 mins walking from our room, something we didnt know before booking.

to get into the room, you must first go to another building, and then return back. It is not normally written about anywhere, they just send the address without specifying anything. it is also written on the booking in the very last line. there are no identification signs outside, the hotel is not easy to find even with the Internet, the elevator works slowly and every other time. Also, a lot of bugs appeared in the room in the evening. A terrible place, I don't advise anyone
