The bedroom lock wasn't great. We had trouble unlocking our bedroom door. Our hosts did help but we had to disturb them to do so.

Super location, very easy to find and very authentic. The garden was lovely, rooms big and a handy kitchen. The bathroom share was no problem and other guests very polite.

We were clearly sharing the property with others but we rarely crossed paths.

Traditional house - we had two rooms for 6, with a shared kitchen and living area. Great facilities in the kitchen. Private bathroom across the hall. We loved the garden right on the canal - lovely to spend evenings there.

The bathroom is separate from the room. The doors were squeaky and doesn’t seem secure.

Quiet area. Communication was very good and the host was kind for check-in with our unforeseen train delay.

Good to note that the bathroom, though private, is through the publicly accessible lounge. That being said, we were totally fine with it and there were no people at the lounge most of the time.

Nothing I was very happy and I felt very lucky to be there with my family

I absolutely loved the location the little backyard the oasis feeling you could feel the beautiful oldness of the house and it just developed you. The windows were amazing. The smell of the place was incredible. The kitchen and every single thing was wonderful. I loved being there and I think of it all the time.

Bathroom is private / but across a public area - so take a robe or good PJs They only have gauze on the huge windows - so not so dark at night - so if this affects you do take a sleep mask The lovely marble floors are cold on bare feet so slippers / flip flops for going to the bathroom at night was very nice I think they had a cat / which had prob been in our room at some stage - I am highly allergic - but my pills worked

excellent location - incl just a 9 min walk from the S Angelo Orange Line waters stop - Airport We had the family suite - 2 huge rooms / sofas / tables / 2 double beds - they only have one exit so you have to pass through one bedroom to get to the other. Lovely little kitchen area Plenty warm enough Location is great for St Marks ( 10 min) etc - and an easy to navigate route For the price of 1 normal hotel room - we got 2 large rooms and access to the kitchen

A wonderful place to stay, by all means: our rooms were spacious and the private bathroom was neat. The tasteful interior design, the furniture and the amenities have been arranged with obvious care. The hosts were kind and hands-off, and the garden was the cherry on top of the cake. Excellent location close to the Academia, easy to navigate. Highly recommended!

Check-in procedures were a little confusing, particularly if you arrive late and don't have easy ability to make phone calls during international travel.

Large comfortable room at a very reasonable rate given the central location. Access to a kitchen (with plentiful tea supplies!) was very convenient. The Wifi signal was excellent -- no problems at all running meetings over Zoom. Convenient location next to a central square near the Palazzo Franchetti. The owner fo the property was super nice and understanding about me messing up during the booking and checkout process. Overall excellent stay -- I'll be back if ever I return to Venice!

Although we did have our own bathroom, it was not private - the rooms were separate from the bathroom and we had to cross the reception to get the toilet/shower.

Great location with friendly owners. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The decoration is more traditional but overall the rooms and bathroom were very clean. The owners also kindly arranged for a boat taxi to the train station for a reasonable price.

Bathroom is not en-suite although we were able to lock it so it was private. It has a plug in air conditioning unit which worked well but it was vented through an open window so we were really worried about mosquitoes.

Lovely location, close to a square but very quiet. Very safe area. Full of character and nice and clean. Cristina was lovely and very kind to us.

What a beautiful Venetian house! The family suite was just gorgeous, with comfortable beds and a lovely view over the garden. All the other facilities were excellent too; the bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. This place is a peaceful, beautifully decorated oasis in the middle of the very busy city of Venice. Brilliant location.
