Was a really nice room with nice amenities. There's a shop just across the road and close to restaurants and a lovely park.

Main lights in the room are fluorescent and really bright. I am getting used to accommodations in Italy looking grim from the outside of the building to then being nice and modern inside. Be aware though that it may take a while to get to the train station to Giardini by boat. And Venice is an expensive tourist trap.

Great location in Giardini, only a few minutes walk if going to the Biennale at Giardini and not that far to Arsenale either, and also a few minutes to walk to restaurants on Via Garibaldi. Host communicated on Whatsapp and met me at arrival, explained details about the room, keys, etc. I paid the host directly and not through Booking.Com. Room was comfortable and modern. Boat to airport leaves from Arsenale, a walking distance from the room.

No view from the windows. No balcony. Found it hard to find the correct rainbow apartment. It’s a mix of super new design for the unit in very old Venice building.

Great out of the way location to be close to most things. Great bed. Super clean. Very quiet. Water taxi very close by. Supermarket across the lane.

We spent five days in the beautiful "Lila" apartment and were very satisfied with everything. We called the host 15 minutes before our arrival and were warmly welcomed at the door. The key handover was very friendly; everything was explained to us, and all our questions were answered. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. Bed linens and towels were provided. The bathroom had everything one might need: toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, wet wipes, cotton swabs, etc. The "Lila" apartment has three windows facing small alleys, one of which is equipped with a mosquito screen. The air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly. In the corridor shared by three apartments, there is a small kitchen with instant coffee, tea, sugar, and dishes available. One more thing: the apartment was renovated with great care and love. It’s a pity to see that the beautiful walls were probably scratched by guests' suitcases and were repaired by the host. Please be careful. I would like to sincerely thank the host. We would love to come back again!

A minor downside was that the windows didn’t seem to close completely securely. However, this did not affect our overall comfort and we still had a very enjoyable stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent and the facilities met all our expectations. This place will definitely be among our top options for future visits. The room was clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom and fresh towels provided. The kitchen is shared between the three rooms in the apartment, but this was not an issue for us. It included all the basic necessities, which was more than enough since we spent most of our time exploring the area. Thank you and see you next time!😊

We had a small problem with the heating, but the owner helped us immediately, even though it was early in the morning. We solved the problem together and didnt have any other issues during the stay.

Recently renovated, the bedroom is very comfortable and the bathroom well-equipped. Very quiet location, but easy to access. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. A kettle and kitchen utensils mean you can prepare drinks and simple food, and there is a supermarket immediately opposite. It’s all very convenient.

I think the late check in fee must be noted upfront in larger print, especially as 8 pm is not terribly late. The window for check in is very narrow.
