Lighting was less Washroom not clean

Location and the bed and bedsheets were clean

If you just want a bed, the property is good, however everything was basic, put together just to get the rental going, no consideration that the guests are travelling and staying for a short period of time- no water, no soap in the bathroom, no shower gel or anything. A bit of hospitality would go a long way…

Siting outside in the yard. Plenty of space.

Great location, close to Meastre train station and only one stop into Venice. I like that we had our own parking. We felt safe and secure.

The apartment could have been cleaner, there was dust in the corners and on the ceiling light. There were a few problems such as no toilet paper holder in one bathroom and a broken toilet seat. The manager was responsive and communicated clearly with us about both issues. The seat was fixed temporarily as the replacement wasn’t going to be in during our stay.

The Staff was very helpfull! The rooms, bed linen and towels were very clean. There were basic spices in the kitchen. Air conditioning worked very well. Free parking!

Well equipped and sized apartment (very convenient to have clothes washer -bring your own detergent, though-). The property is located in a residential area of Mestre; easy walk to restaurants, supermarkets, the main part of town. Bus stop to Venice 2 blocks away.

There’s only one AC unit for the whole apartment, which was insufficient (bedrooms were hot). There should have been one fan for each bedroom.

Beds and air conditioning

Staff was not friendly

Good size and appreciated having two bathrooms. Less than a 10 minute walk to the bus to Venice.

Only one air conditioner in the apartment so on very hot days don’t expect the temperature of the apartment to go below 26. Need to use the fans that are provided in each of the rooms. Cooling utensils and supplies very basic.

The host communicated very promptly and was super helpful. The location was quiet and convenient. Rooms were quite spacious.

Wifi signal was weak in several rooms.

The apartment was very nice and spacious. Although we spent most of our time sightseeing, it was great to stay in this place. The apartment is big enough to accommodate 6 people. It is literally less than a 5-minute walk to bus number 7, which will take you to Venice. The key handover went smoothly and without any problems, and when we left the apartment, we just had to leave the keys on the table. The apartment was equipped with everything you need: all the necessary kitchen utensils and tableware, and additionally, there is a washing machine and, importantly, air conditioning. An extra, huge advantage for us was the parking for two cars right next to the building.

The only minor downsides are that the air conditioning is only in the hallway, not in the rooms, so we had to use fans to stay cool and the kitchen is too small to accommodate 6 people.

A large apartment comfortable for 4 people with two bathrooms. Well equipped . It was close to a public bus stop, which took you directly to Venice

The table in the kitchen was not very comfortable for 4 persons

Good Location

The rooms do not have air conditioner for cooling and mosquito comes into the room due to window that has to be opened for cool air to come into the room since there is no AC (air conditioner) in the rooms Also the TV is so small as well

The great host!

We were a group of 7, so this apartment was able to accommodate us. Close to a bus stop, which goes straight into Venice.

I thought the apartment we stayed in was looking tired. Could use some freshening up also you can hear noises from the apartment above.

Friendly host, we got two parking places, even if it was not requested or listed in the offer. Very good location. Bus station for line 2 direct to Venice is very close. The apartment was clean and we got everything you need. We came by car and it was very easy to reach from the highway.
