Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Everything but the room and the football pitch looked abandoned, full of spider nets and dust. Broken stuff spread all over the place.
The room was good, there was some free snacks, coffee, water, juice, tea, croissants, etc. The area is very green so one can breathe fresh air.

The hosts sent helpful information and photos indicating how to access the room but if you are arriving after dark the signs showing the way to the rooms inside the gate were not visible and we had trouble finding our room.
A clean, comfortable room, perfect for our short one-night stay. Friendly hosts.

Well, we have not met anybody during our short stay of one night, neither evening or morning and I think this lack of human connection make the stay a bit “cold”. The room was not very clean, we’ve had a constant feeling of being not sure if it is actually cleaned after each stay. The glass for toothbrush and another glass for water were really dirty. In general there is a need of a restoration to refresh the walls and interior. The sound proof between rooms is very poor, you can hear neighbors climbing the stair or using their bathroom.
The territory is very nice with all the olive trees, fruits, greenery and happy dog playing with you. We were given precise instructions on how to get the keys and enter the room, everything is very clear. Comfortable way if you come late. There is no breakfast, but still there was a coffee machine and sweet snacks in the room.

I was a bit nervous manoeuvring my large rental car around the raised stone garden beds. Very small fridge. It would be better if guests had access to a communal kitchen. Especially for families who wouldn't want to go out for every meal.
Delightful rural setting (including geese). Spacious enough room. Air conditioned if needed. Free parking. Very kind staff even though I didn't meet them in person.

Kindness and quick communication with Sara immediately after the reservation confirmation, excellent ambiance with a practical and peaceful surrounding (green areas, large football field), and we especially liked the outdoor facility with a spacious kitchen and dining area... The location offers a good starting point to nearby and distant beaches as well as to other towns (we visited Bosa and Alghero and many villages and places in between)... On the same day, we decided to stay for an additional day, which we arranged with Sara in 5 minutes... Sara, thank you again for the kindness...

Highly disappointing compared to the description of the B&B. Correct bed and decent bathroom. Very basic quality equipment and furniture in the room and no decoration. Total lack of warmth, interaction and sense of welcome and hospitality that one has the right to expect from the hosts of a B&B. Self check-in and WhatsApp exchanges are certainly practical also for the clients, but would not have been insufficient and dehumanised if we had had the chance to meet the hosts and not just the gardener who mowed the lawn in the morning. Breakfast consisted of vacuum-packed industrial products of no interest, whereas the description untruthfully advertised a buffet based on fresh, local produce. We had thought when we arrived that this was a welcome snack and not something that would serve as breakfast. All in all, not very good quality-price ratio. It's a shame because the location and garden are lovely and peaceful and the little terrace in front of the room is pleasant.

If more than 2 persons are staying in the room they have to be ready to sleep in the loft in the same room...otherwise it is ok..
The garden is enormous and well kept...location is close to centre...relaxing atmosphere..good value for money...
