Beautiful rooms central location near public transport and the Colosseum. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area and great recommendations from the hosts. The hosts were extremely attentive and communicative and were the kindest I’ve ever experienced. I’d definitely come back again

I have nothing to complain about.

First of all, Flavio is a wonderful host! He provides you with absolutely all the information before you arrive at the location. He is extremely kind and pleasant. The room is equipped with everything you need: AC, toiletries, high-quality towels, and it is very clean. There is also a shared little kitchen nearby where you have access to coffee and snacks. The location is just a few minutes walk from the Colosseum, where you can find many restaurants and shops. Travelling alone, I really appreciated both the location and the host’s kindness. The room also feels very safe, located in a building with multiple security doors. I definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone, and in the future, I would choose to stay here again whenever I'm in Rome.

The room was small and fairly warm and the AC only worked when you were in the room. It took quite a while to cool down and never got cold. The lift wasn’t working so you have to carry your luggage up a few small flights of stairs.

The host was excellent in providing check-in support and suggestions as well as arranging an early morning taxi to the airport. The room was quiet and location was close enough to restaurants.

Flavio was the best host. He not only helped in easy and seamless checkin. He was regularly in touch with us to ensure that nothing was missing. He even was kind enough to give us a place to store luggage for free. He ensured that our Rome experience was the best. A really well maintained BnB and the location is just near the Colosseum

The room was spacious, it’s in a VERY good location. I walked to the Colosseum, all the big sites, Trevi fountain. There are a lot of places to choose from to eat. Banks are on the same street too as well as small convenience stores

Our room was small, but we booked it half an hour before we arrived, so I was just so grateful to have a bed .But we still stayed for the full 4 nights. We only slept in the room so didn't need anything any bigger, but Fabio does do bigger rooms, and he did offer us discount because we were in such a small room.

Fabio was an excellent host, we only booked from Rome airport as we were let down by our booking, so I was extremely stressed. Fabio messaged within minutes of booking, clear instructions, even spoke to the taxi driver to explain where they were. Location is fab, 5 minutes straight down the road to Colosseum, multiple bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk, but area felt safe and was quiet. Our room was the smallest room, but it was very clean and fully equipped, and the shared Kitchen was a lovely touch with coffee and snacks to help yourself to.

So close to the colosseum, literally a 4-5 minute walk. Beautiful coffee shops and restaurants on its doorstep. Felt very safe, and room is beautiful. Extra bonus is the little kitchen area where you can cook and have coffee every morning. Honestly couldn't fault the place and the host Flavio is very helpful

Everything was great. The check is was easy and clear. (You will get clear video instructions from Flavio) The room was clean (its the same as on the photos), the bed is comfy, due to its location its quiet. (You also get room cleaning every day) The location of the apartman is amazing everything is 10-15 min walk. (Colosseum 10 min, also a metro station 10-15 min) There are amazing traditional restaurants and caffe places nearby ( I would recommend Il Bocconcino and Trattoria Vecchia Roma but reserve a table 2-3 days ahead) And our host Flavio is also greT, he was easy to communicate with, helped with recommendations and he even booked a table fot us because they only spoke Italian. Just to sum it up, great room at a great place. I would deffinetely recommend and will come back when we are in Rome.

The room was exceptionally clean and warm. It had everything someone could need for a comfortable 4-night stay. But the best thing about this property is Flavio, of course. He is an amazing and super accommodative host. And his restaurant and bar recommendations are to stick to. The restaurants are especially must-visit, if you want an authentic Roman experience.

You could hear car noises early morning but it is ignorable if you are not very sensitive.

The room was big enough for a couple, It was clean. Very close to the colosseum, lots of bar and restaurants are about 5 min walk. The host is always available to answer your questions.thanks to him.:)
