We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SerbiaUnfortunately, the terrace in the room was very unsightly, small and seemed unsafe to me. The floor in the room was sticky, so we couldn't walk barefoot, other than this it was really clean
Excellent location, breakfast minimal but fresh and tasty. The facility has an elevator, free parking, and a reception desk that is open until 5 p.m. for check-in, after which the building is locked. What is most valuable in this facility are the employees, the wonderful receptionist and the truly excellent breakfast lady.

United KingdomWe lost our room key by accident on the first day. It was an honest mistake, but we were shouted at on the phone and was told that the key (consisting of a fob to the main entrance and key for door to the room) was also the only key to the safe in the room?! And that it would cost us over 100-200 euros as the safe may need to be completely replaced?! This did not make sense to us. On checking the safe in the room can be accessed using a self-generated pin code. There was nowhere on the safe that states that a key or key fob is required to use it... Nonetheless isn't it a security risk if the room key is the same key required to access the safe if was lost? We were quite worried about the charges and that soured the rest of our otherwise pleasant stay. At check-out he said he decided not to charge us for the safe replacement and the final amount to replace the key was 55 euro. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of our honest mistake in losing it and that is a shame as otherwise it was a decent stay.
Good breakfast. Very good location and close to town centre, easy to find. Rooms are clean and comfortable
