I liked everything about the hotel, except that there was no elevator, which made carrying our luggage up the stairs a bit difficult.

The bathroom was clean and the room overall was great.

The aircon and washing machine drum lining was a bit dirty. We had to pay 5 euro for a fresh set of towels. Wish there was conditioner in the shower! Only shampoo and body wash. Would have loved to know where to put our bins out on the stay or a bit of information in English available.

Great location, check in was in the hotel next door and the staff were lovely. Odd layout of apartment by UK standards but worked perfectly for us. Beautiful light filled windows. Washer/dryer was handy.

It was spacious and clean. So well decorated. Loved the artwork on the ceilings!! There was plenty of room for our family of 5. We had a nice employee give us a tour of the living space.

This is a wonderful place to stay in a very busy, centrally located part of Rome. The AC in July was a very welcome break from the heat and the small washing machine was perfect for a single load. The address was a little tricky as it leads you to the side of a random building. So keep in mind, the check in is at the Nationale Hotel front desk. If it said check-in was at the hotel, I missed it. The flat overlooks the Parliament (I think) so there are always police right outside the door. It was extremely safe and zero panhandlers nearby.

I was coming down the stairs carrying heavy luggage when all of a sudden I realized the stairs floor tiles were wet. I then walked more carefully and slowly (to avoid falling down the stairs carrying 2 heavy luggages). I did not know that someone was mopping them. The person cleaning did not speak up to say that the stairs were wet. Nor did he put a sign to indicate they were wet. The stairs curved, so when I was coming down I didn't see him on the other end with his mop. So when I made it around the curve I realized until then why each step was wet (because you can't see him from the top of the stairs that he was around the curve washing the stairs on the other end). Next time, the person cleaning needs to listen for people coming down the stairs while cleaning and say aloud 'wet stairs'. That way we can stop and be careful to know it is wet and not accidentally fall carrying luggages. He saw 4 women (one was a senior citizen) coming down with suitcases and did not say a word. I was surprised he chose not to help us, since he is an employee. He does not have to help us with our luggages, but he should in the very least help by alerting us that the stairs were wet. I thank God we did not fall. God protected us. In our second bedroom there is a second door that is locked. On the other side you could clearly hear a family living there in the adjoining room. It was uncomfortable to hear them, because the door is not sound proof. It would be helpful to sound proof that door.

I liked the location. I liked my room. It had plenty of space. It was so very pretty. I liked the slippers, bathrobes, 2 refrigerators, toiletries, large hallway window. I liked that the window had an automatic curtain (it provided helpful privacy when needed). I loved your walk in shower with the water that poured like rain. It felt very relaxing. I loved the washer/drier combination. Please provide written instructions for how to operate the drier, because every time we just wanted to dry something (with no need to wash) the washer/dryer would both wash and dry the items. It was a great machine, but if more easy instructions were given, it would have saved time. Thank you for providing all the extra amenities (like the dish sponge, laundry soap, etc). Very kind of you to share those items. It was a pretty room. It has such pretty decorated walls with flowers and birds.

Size is perfect for a family. Space plentiful. Location was superb. Felt extremely safe, with Carbinieiri outside always given location to Parliament House, and piazza quiet. Great coffee venue immediately next door and the best Gelati and sweet pastry store. Easy walking distance to ALL landmarks.

Best location, super safe because it’s in front of the House of Representatives, clean, great view (we stayed at the Tic Tac suite) great vice. Went with my wife and two daughters and we had the best time, 100% recommend!

Centrally located within walking distance to The Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and even The Colosseum if you’re looking for a long stroll. Staff was accommodating and friendly. We stayed in apartment Flowers and it was perfect.

The way to get to our room felt a bit strange, like we were going into this back room. I’m not sure if it was the other suite connected to our room, but we could hear people on the other side of the kitchen. The door was locked but the third bed was in the kitchen, so the layout was a bit different

My 3 friends and I stayed in the flower apartment, which has a floor plan which was a little inconvenient for our group (2 beds in kitchen, have to walk through bedroom to get to bathroom), but we made it work.

The power went out when the kettle was plugged in, but the staff at the hotel quickly remedied that.
