excellent and plentiful breakfast . the ladies who served breakfast were very kind , helpful .location was excellent and cannot get better ! very close to town. Rooms very big and spacious. although very close to town the rooms were very quite and peaceful.

After paying 25eur taxes ( beside room price) when booking was accepted, Raro villas send some extra online check-in instructions, where they charged me extra cost for city tax/ by night?! It was especially frustrating to realize that You have to leave all your card details, and that is a mandatory if You want to get check-in instructions! There isn’t any info about that inconvenience, before You decide to book it. Bad practice, unfortunately!

Self check in is a bit a pain in the beginning. When you are standing in front of the building and can’t get in because you can only unlock with link that you get on your email. But there was a bad connection in front pf the main door.

Room 3 is very loud at breakfast with music, cleaning, people. Try book different room. Not including breakfast in quite large cost for the room seemed a little harsh but no huge issue!

Unusual style rooms right in the historic centre of Ostuni. Very close to everything. Lovely small pool with area to sit out. Was a nice place to relax after walking then city. Room was spotless. Very comfortable bed. Stocked minibar with fair prices if you wanted to use. Good breakfast served in a lovely room. Good choices. Very friendly staff. We would give 10 but the aircon wasn’t working and room was quite hot. We were only staying one night so it may be resolved.

The online checkin and digital door was the only thing we didn’t like so we would suggest guests be able to go to the reception and there be door keys in case the wifi isn’t working to open the doors as we had a power outage for one day so we couldn’t open our doors without a spare key! Also the noise from the rooms above came through to our room very loudly.

We loved the location as it was close to the main car park and walking distance to the main town. Our room was on the ground floor and it was stunning & also very spacious. They cleaned our room daily and it was super comfy.

There was a problem with the automatick locks while we were there - its a good option, but you need to have a back up plan if something happens or the guests are too old to handle with the system

The mobile check in and entry were a bit confusing until we got the hang of it. The request for 15 euro for early check in.

The accommodation had clean rooms with tasteful decor. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The location was ideal for sightseeing.

The information of key and check-in process can be sent to guest 2 (or more) hours earlier of check-in time. Just in case, the guest has to wait outside of hotel and look for the info for a while.

I had to get used to no staff for check in, only online and you had to open the front door and your room from your phone. I had to bring an extra phone battery so there was no chance of not getting into the room at night. Also Room #2 is funky as you have to walk through the show to get to the toilet. Room #1 is the best room!!
