Τhis is a clean and comfortable room situated within a 10min walking distance from Matera old town. Communication with the host was excellent. We were provided with useful information regarding our stay in Matera. The check in process was also easy. During our visit we were able to find easy parking on the streets around the accomodation. I definitely recomment the room to anyone visiting Matera!

Closeness to Sassi, just a 7 minute walk, with free street parking around hotel for rental car. Help with booking tours on the spot which was very helpful not to waste any time!

Free parking was maybe a bit difficult, not really an inclusion. Paid parking reasonable and very, very convenient.

Beautiful rooms with nice amenities. Fabulously friendly customer service. Very safe, and as close as you can get to the old city of Matera. Separately, highly recommend the 'Discover Matera - The Ancient City with Renato Favilli' tour. Also, Al Palmenti Ristorante.

Very comfortable accommodation, excellent location. The staff was nice and friendly. The only inconvenience in the organization is the late check in, but the host let us leave our bags in the locker earlier. Breakfast was tipical Italian ☕ and 🥐, nice and tasty

The property was very clean,modern and comfortable. It was very close to the city centre ,approx 4 minutes walk . The host was very responsive and helpful when communicating . Parking is found along the streets or in paid parking Centres nearby.

Great place for our stay in Matera, it was walking distance to the city center and we could find free parking nearby. The room was big and had everything we needed, comfy bed and good shower. Italian breakfast at the nearby cafe was also very nice. Recommend for sure.

The room was very nice and clean, located just outside the busy city center. It looked very well maintained, the bathroom was also clean. Coffee and biscuits are offered on the house and a minibar is also available with products to buy. The host was very nice, explaining clearly the rules and showing the main attractions.

There was nothing that didn't meet or exceed my expectations.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was just a few walking minutes to the main areas, and there was plenty of parking around. The room was super cozy and extra clean. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and also kind to make a dinner reservation for us. The restaurant she recommended (Ristorante Soul Kitchen) was incredible.

If I have to be picky maybe a hanger behind the door in the room would have been better than next to the TV. This only apply to the twin room where I stayed.

Great staff, very easy to communicate with them, they checked in with me about arrival time and made sure I had a nice bedroom. Breakfast in a place nearby offered gluten free options which was perfect for me. Bedroom was really nice, I had the twin room, very clean and all amenities available.
