The rooms are not air conditioned, and on summer days the room can be very uncomfortable ,particularly when you want to close the insulated windows to avoid the traffic noise from the street in front of many rooms. A ceiling fan or even a desk fan could help resolve this issue.

The rooms were immaculate, clean and exactly like the pictures. Everything seemed brand new and there was no wear and tear. Our room looked onto the mountain and the pool and the views were perfect. The pool and spa area where clean and very well presented. Breakfast was great, no complaints, lots of options.

The minor issue we encountered was that our room was a bit too warm for our liking, as we're not used to such indoor temperatures and one minor point about connectivity: both the hotel WiFi and mobile signal were somewhat weak in this area. But honestly, when you're in such a beautiful location, spending time online isn't really the priority.

Dear Hotel Vigelhof, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel! Your staff's attention to detail is remarkable, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the atmosphere is wonderfully cozy. The spa facilities and breakfasts were outstanding. The outdoor pool with its perfect temperature was simply amazing. Everything was literally wow. A note about location: while the hotel sits along a road and street-facing rooms might experience some traffic noise if you're sensitive to it, the majority of rooms face the inner courtyard and mountain view, providing complete peace and quiet.

The noises from passing vehicles on the road.

Convenient location with the bus stop right outside the hotel. We managed to explore quite a bit in the region without a car. Very lovely views of the valley and the mountain at the back. Service from restaurant staff was also stellar.

Wow! The best hotel experience! We booked just a double room, but we were upgraded to a bigger room with a terrace and a stunning view. The room was perfect, and the pool and spa were amazing. Definitely recommend!

It was beautiful rooms with a view. The amenities and staff very accommodating and personable. The pool and spa area was something my husband and I truly enjoyed after a day of hiking and sightseeing. Daisy was exceptional pleasant and a delightful. The breakfast selection absolutely outstanding.

very near to the gondola station Alpe di Siusi which we really liked. the hotel gives you bus tickets for free to get there. the room was very clean and aesthetic but also with a touch of wood and mountain/natural style. the staff is very friendly. the breakfast is very good and fresh. the coffee is a dream 🫶🏼 also the spa area is included and with very good options.

The rooms are a little loud especially in the mornings and the road noise is a factor IF your room faces the street. I wouldn’t let that stop you from staying . It’s a great place

The property is cute and awesome. 5-min drive from the beautiful st Vigil golf course. Staff at the hotel were super helpful and nice . The interior environment felt like home. Sauna was available . Food was delicious.

- Mainly the screaming children that were jumping into the pool for hours and hours over days and days, from dusk til dawn; the staff could have definitely said something or at least could have put up a sign that jumping is not allowed - this is supposed to be a SPA hotel, not a „let your 5 kids go cuckoo bananas“ place; extremely disappointing that this was left unattended while all other guests wanted to relax - As already said, extremely busy and noisy street; you gotta be lucky that your room isn’t facing it - No direct connections with deals to bike rentals or tennis coaches as many hotels offer it (- No gym; we knew about this but looking back, we‘d book a hotel that at least has a treadmill or the like)

- Super friendly and supporting staff - Great rooms, we were lucky and ours weren’t facing the street but the pool though (the street is very busy, we weren’t aware of HOW busy when we booked) - Everything was very clean and tidy - Great variety in the breakfast buffet - Overall location; you‘re everywhere where you would possibly like to be within 30-45min by car (bus station directly in front of the hotel as alternative)
