Our stay at Villa Boat in Stintino was simply perfect. The villa itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully maintained, offering all the comforts you could wish for. What makes it truly special is that it’s not just an apartment, but a full private house with its own yard. Having that outdoor space made such a difference — we could relax, enjoy meals outside, and let the holiday atmosphere sink in. Inside, the villa is fully equipped with everything you might need, so you never feel like you’re missing anything. It honestly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel, but with the added privacy, freedom, and coziness of your own home. The owner is absolutely wonderful — welcoming, cool, and genuinely kind. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, and his hospitality really elevated the whole experience. This was without a doubt the best experience we’ve ever had in Stintino. Between the spacious villa, the private yard, and the amazing host, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We absolutely loved everything about this villa! The location was perfect, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there were so many toys for the kids — they were never bored! There’s a restaurant nearby, and the sea is also not far. The host, Federico, was absolutely wonderful. He was always responsive, attentive to every request or question, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was great. We had a fantastic stay and would love to come back!

Adding to the magic of our stay was the incredible hospitality of the owner Federico. The property is fantastic. Every unit has its own swimming pool and relaxing area. The garden belonging to the apartments are beautiful and well equipped. In the house nothing is missing. We had a wonderful stay here in September 2023. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Federico, the host, dealt with a pre-holiday query immediately, and then provided a warm welcome on our arrival. He was there to meet us and gave us lots of local tips. Then throughout the week, he was always available to answer questions and offer recommendations and went far out of his way to help us throughout - the perfect host! The villa itself was wonderful: spread over two floors the accommodation was very clean and comfortable, as was the well-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large, pleasant covered verandah area for eating, all set within a lovely private garden with sun beds, a hot tub, bbq, a big lawn, and view over the Stintino bay. Outside the private garden, there are communal gardens and shared parking, and each accommodation had it's own dedicated sundeck and mini pool, all with a great sea view. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay. Stintino is a great destination and the Pelosa beach is incredible!
