It is located in a quiet area. Equipped with a tennis court and a nice pool area. Good for unwinding and relaxing.

We were there without a car, which in retrospect is not recommended. There is little public transport in Bracciano and only three taxi drivers, who must be booked in advance. It is possible but more comfortable to travel by car.

The room was a fabulous size with a great bathroom. Beds were very comfortable, air con was great. The gardens and pool area were beautiful.

Location - almost impossible to get into the village. There are only three taxis operating and it's near impossible to get them and they all finish by about 19:30. You can walk to the edge of the lake in 5-10 mins but it's through a heavily wooden area but to get to the restaurants and bars at the lake, it's a 40 mins walk along a rather dangerous road - not recommended. Would be great if the hotel provided a shuttle service. The breakfast would be better as a buffet rather than having to ask for every individual item and the food in restaurant is good but you need to book for dinner - despite there being empty tables so you need to know your plans in advance every day.

Hotel Villa Clemintina is idyllic in a stunning location. Beautiful gardens, lovely swimming pool. Hard to describe what an oasis it is, so peaceful. Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast, lunch and Dinner were all superb. Room very comfortable and cool. Had only booked one night but decided to extend our stay.

Breakfast were great and varied options but EE thought they were expensive at €20 each .should have been more like €15 each . We loved all the staff and the food we tried was very nice , it may have been worth having a different seasonal menu each day broadening the choice ? We thought the location was lovely and quiet and visited the lake to swim. The pool was amazing too , would only suggest a small thing that the pool was cleaned before 8am as it was nice to use it early but needed a clean . The owner was very helpful when we could not find a taxi on our leaving day and he took us to the train station. Just a cal out to two or the staff in particular Diane and Henry

Excellent location and a lovely Breakfast. The staff did everything to make our stay memorable.

How quite it was. No road noise, just tranquil. Family feel because of the small size of the hotel.

The bed room would have benefited from shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, black tea. But really minor.

The homemade croissants were amazing and the dinner choices were excellent.

Lovely accommodation in a peaceful location with a lovely huge lake within walking distance so long as you like walking. On the lakeside there are bars and restaurants with amazing views. The host was great and nothing was too much trouble, even giving us a lift to the station because the local taxi service was not in operation at that time. The restaurant at the accommodation is very good.
