Superb lakeside location in a village with excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were fantastic- nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was freshly prepared and high quality. Will definitely return to this wonderful place.

That we had to leave, could have stayed for longer, already planning to come back next time we're in Europe.

Max and Francesca are fantastic hosts. Very accommodating and friendly. Made it feel like a home away from home. The gardens are lovely and peaceful to relax in with plenty of day beds for reading or contemplating life after a dip in the lake via the private access. The villa is in a charming town with great atmosphere and easy to walk to multiple restaurants (and gelato!) Definitely a 5 star experience, you won't regret a stay here.

Nothing - everything was Perfect!

Breakfast was fabulous and so was our host Max! He really made the visit exceptional! Max was so helpful with all our needs and really made us feel at home. The Villa is in a great location- easy walk to town and a short drive to see other sites in the area. Couldn’t have been more perfect!

Everything was just perfect. Idyllic location to stay against the shore of the lake. Breakfast was a good mix of fruit pastries and local cheese and ham, very relaxed outside, with the water occasionally lapping up the walls. The Villa has been renovated to a very high standard and is a very comfortable place to stay. Max, the perfect host, maybe the best host of anywhere we have stayed. Attentive without being intrusive, very knowledgeable of the Villa and the local area. Lots to do just walking from the door of the Villa.

Only that we had to leave!

Everything. Stunning grounds and views and location. Wonderful places to sit and relax ( or work). Rooms and amenities were ultra clean and well appointed. Space, privacy and solitude. Sounds of lapping waves against the villa in the morning and chirping birds. We are staying at Relais ownerd hotels for the rest of our trip and the Villa Dell Palme stay continues to stand out. We will be back. The caretaker and manager of this villa treats it as if it was his own. He is always available yet invisible. Ask for Max’s egg scramble at breakfast. Michelin star rating is needed for his eggs. We will be back.

The length of my stay, shorter than ideal, a mistake I shall not repeat.

Hidden behind an unassuming wall, you’ll find this marvellous house managed by Max and his wonderful team. Max will tell you about every detail conceived to make this an unforgettable stay: the Murano glasses adorning the house; the renovation project that made this place possible and the delicate details of the suite you’ll be staying in. Have breakfast served by the lake, in which you can have a swim afterwards as the property has a direct access to it. And relax. This is not a place for movement, but for calm contemplation of the beautiful Lago di Garda, before going to the city to have dinner at a wonderful restaurant (just pick one, they are possibly all amazing). Certainly a special place to return to as often as one can.

Truly unique villa refurbished to the highest standard. Thoughtful details / design decisions and care was visible throughout. We stayed in Flora room, which had impressive ceiling beams and standalone shower; both the room and bathroom were very big. Outside, the sun deck in front of the lake with own access to water was very comfortable and relaxing; wonderful breakfast was served in a beautiful garden with lake views. Max was a wonderful host!

The property is stunning!! The lakefront position is perfection. The decor and attention to detail are superb. The room was not only beautiful but so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. However it was Max that made this a stand out stay, he was so welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful villa.

There was nothing, not to like!

From the moment we arrived everything about our stay at Ville Delle Palme was simply incredible. We stayed in the Lake Suite which is so beautifully adorned and well appointed. The view of the lake from our large private terrace was remarkable and the perfect place to share a charcuterie board and wine or soak up some sun. Every morning breakfast would be served in the garden of the villa. The breakfast is definitely a highlight. But what set this stay apart from any other, was the hospitality of Max and Francesca! We left feeling like family - we will definitely be back!!!

use the one-way street Villa Colleto to arrive (southward entry) not Via Calle that your navigation system may advise. The latter is not suited for bigger cars, it worked for us, but just by a few centimeters.

Max the host was fantastic. The Villa is renovated with high quality and detail throughout. The location directly at the lakeside is fantastic. Tranquil garden. Few rooms and quests make for a quiet and relaxed holiday. I could write more, but the point being you won't regret the choice.

We were welcomed by the nicest host we ever had the pleasure to meet. The whole Villa is so well kept and beautifully situated right at the Lago di Garda. Nice restaurants are in walking distance. Max and his wife Francesca went any length, from the nice breakfast served in the garden to recommendations for restaurants or day trips and everything else one could wish for. We will come again next summer!

We only wish we could stay longer.

Max’s villa is, without a doubt, one of the most extraordinary places we have stayed. Ever. Each and every need was attended to with great attention and care. We loved mornings on the patio enjoying freshly squeezed orange juice and a delectable spread, presented with pristine cutlery and plates. When we felt like a swim, we’d take a dip in the lake or the wonderful pool on the property. And it goes without mentioning that the beauty that can be found at every corner of the villa, including wonderful new fixtures and furniture, adds the the incredible charm of the villa. But, by far, it is Max’s impeccable hospitality that made this stay one to remember for the rest of our lives. We cannot stress enough that his hard work, dedication, and friendliness make staying at Villa delle Palme feel as though you’ve come home. We dream of when we can return, and cannot wait to meet Max again.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Wow, what a beautiful gem of a find in Lake Garda, from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property, location & interiors. Max was there to greet us, kindly showing us around the property and to our room. The rooms are stunning, the grounds perfectly manicured, and the ultimate place to relax by the lake on the sun loungers, with direct step access into the lake should you want a swim (we did daily). The breakfast is exquisite, the best Italian breakfast we have had, with plenty of choices, freshly cooked eggs on request, fresh fruit platter, fresh orange juice, and served with silverware for an extra premium touch, all while sitting outside overlooking the lake. A wonderful stay and we wish to return soon.

We haven't a single negative thing to say about the property or our stay. We will never forget our wonderful time there and can only hope we will make it back again one day!

Villa delle Palme stands out as one of, if not the best place we have ever stayed at. The Villa itself is beautiful, with gorgeous Murano glass fixtures and period furniture as well as being equipped with all the modern tech you could need. The finish on everything is flawless. What makes it so beyond compare is the location directly on the lake side with perfectly manicured gardens and direct access to the water. We were lucky enough to have chosen the Pinky Suite with it's huge private terrace which we could barely tear ourselves away from! Max and Francesca were the most wonderful hosts, we were made to feel like family and we were really sad to leave! The breakfast they served was delicious and plentiful and I can't imagine a better setting for it in the gardens overlooking the lake. They gave us great recommendations for eating out and enjoying the surrounding area and were so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Truly lovely people with a business that they should be incredibly proud of.

Just before the villa don’t let google maps take you down the very narrow Via Valle! Via Colletta is much easier!

Absolutely wonderful stay in this gorgeous villa. The hosts were attentive, friendly and always available. A perfect setting with a tranquil garden right on the water. Perfect breakfast with lots of great restaurant options for the evening nearby. Large parking area and locals who kindly helped us navigate some narrow roads!
