Everything was perfect. The staff was the kindest out of all the hotels we stayed at in Italy, great breakfast, beautiful view, very clear instructions on how to get there. A bit of a hike to get there but that’s Positano for you..

Truly felt like home! Already missing this place, and wish we could stay there longer. The location, the views, the cleanliness, the facilities, everything was perfect. Manuela was the cherry on top with how helpful she was with everything and always with a smile on her face. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The air conditioning wasn't the strongest, but not a big deal for the time of year we were there. The breakfast provided was just alright.

Great staff, they even put together a little breakfast for us the day we needed to leave very early. The patio outside our room was lovely. The hotel was in a nice location - a little hike to get to but it was nice to get out of the busier parts of Positano. Nice recommendations from the owner/host for food and things to do. The bathroom was a modest size but there was enough room, and a very normal shower. Overall a really great experience!

Hotel Villa Delle Palme is like a little home away from home. Every time we walked through the front entrance, the host greeted us like family. The bed was comfy and our room was really lovely. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. We enjoyed drinks and the beautiful view on our terrace daily.

The location is good. Out of the busy centre with a great view from the balcony. It is on the main road, which makes it easy to access unlike other places that are up long flights of stairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful at the hotel and their sister restaurants Sando and Mediterranean. Our room was small but well looked after and clean.

The hotel has an excellent location. A taxi can stop right in front. No need to climb steps. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay in this unique and beautiful town.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the host was very nice. She gave us tips on how to navigate the Positano. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The hotel is a walking distance from the chiesa nuova sita bus stop and its also a walking distance to the city centre and beach. Our room was lovely with nice sea view of Positano, and the staff cleaned it daily. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was on the main road and at the same time it was beautiful , comfortable with a magnificent private terrace , and good food right next door ; breakfast was very plentiful and varied and the personnel was extremely helpful, congenial and hospitable We would stay there again without even looking at other solutions and their parking was extremely helpful Our only problem was we only had 2 days!!!

The friendliness and helpfulness of the Staff Juliana, Manuela and Fabritzea. Nothing was to much bother. Really appreciated breakfast being left up to our rooms on nights before early morning starts.

Nothing much was wrong to be honest.

It’s a lovely little hotel in a great location in positano. High enough to get a view. But not so high that getting to the port or beach is too tough. Loads of helpful happy staff. Super clean. Shops at the door

Nothing. The WiFi was weak in areas but that was no issue as signal was available.

The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the air con was exceptional. A special mention for the staff were always available for questions and were extra helpful with any needs. We had a balcony with an amazing view, it was beautiful to sit out on at the end of the day or in the morning to start the day. Great location for many good restaurants, short walk to the beach/port and into the centre of Positano. Also, the bus stop was a 5-10 minute walk away when we needed to travel.
